A very good alternate to most modern tools in the category.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of control and freedom I have, unlike other apps. It's a fantastic tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't usually have issues, but I would like some improvements in software via the introduction of Smart / Intelligent gestures/features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Miro primarily for brainstorming and understanding what is essential. I create user flows and all kinds of flows.

What do you like best about the product?
Helped enormously with the facilitation or remote workshops in particular but also managing a remote workforce in general.

The licence cost can add up the more it is used.

Remote working is the key problem Miro has solved for us.
Having all our Miro boards in one place is also very useful.

Improve your productivity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to gather all my research with document, links, etc in a single place without size limitation

I dislike the fact that video can not be uploaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a UX designer and I want to store and share my research with a maximum of people. Miro allows me to mix raw data gathering and polished presentation
Easy to use collaborative software!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Miro is the ability for people to work through problems together. There are multiple frameworks you can use to visualize whatever issue you happen to be tackling, and the sticky note features make it easy to advance along with your peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most software, the most challenging part is the onboarding/learning curve present. There are many options to choose from, and initially, it can be a bit daunting to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, the problems solved can range from the planning and discovery phase to delivery and execution. Miro is an excellent tool for user story mapping, and working with clients is a lot easier now that they can actively participate and witness the agile development process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the ease of use, great experience, and flexibility when it comes to remote work. From ideation to process maps and everything in between, Miro is my tool of choice to help visualize ideas and create a shared understanding amongst my collegaues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature I wish Miro had, was image editing capabilities. I like to add images and screens to Miro, but there are no tools to manipulate those images easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote workshops and collaboration; Miro makes this easy and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy-to-use tool to create, collaborate and centralize communications within your org, then I would give Miro a shot.

Miro can organize my mind. I can look a full picture for my project.

Some template can ont find. But it is ok.

Can use Miro to contect my Ideas or problems. Like a system thinking.

Great program for visual learners!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual learner and I work with alot of engineers who are also visual learners. The interface is super intuitive, so I can start a mind map and screenshare in real-time and people seem to be more engaged during the meeting. It's been a great tool to articulate complex processes
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of capabilities and charts on Miro but I don't know what they all do. I know they have little blurbs about the different charts, but maybe a short 3-5 minute video of each charts' use case would be better. Some templates are a little too rigid and don't allow me to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data organization within a team- so folder structure and process flows mostly. It's nice to use in an informal setting when explaining complex tasks to new employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are alot of different programs to use, but Miro seems to be the most robust, powerful, and intuitive to use. It does not take alot of time to get proficient with this program.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has allowed us to recapture some of the old "whiteboarding" magic. It's not the same as meeting in person, but the next best thing. It will allow us to move forward as a hybrid "in-office/at home" workplace, which is great. Best features are the ability to frame discussions and to draw collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
File organisation is an area that could be improved when used across the enterprise. It is not always easy to find boards that you have used, or been invited to some time ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to solve the problem of how to balance working from multiple locations (homes and office) and remain productive. To help us collaborate and develop new ideas and innovate. Simply, without Miro we would not be able to drive transformations or design new initiatives across the enterprise in the same way.

It is a very flexible and user-friendly tool for teamwork.

There is not a particular thing that I did not like.

I carried out many brainstorming sessions and got much contribution from teammates thanks to the Miro.
Great features and the software never lags
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to create flow diagrams on an infinite canvas. We use it for making engineering diagrams, brainstorming on wireframes as a precursor to Figma for hi-fi designs. Works well and has a great feature get the job done in multiple areas. Also, I love the fact that its fast to load and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The freehand drawing feature is a miss on the iPad when using the stylus, the shape detection features when doing freehand drawing also doesnt work everytime. Would be good to create more than one note/doc per board too.

We use it for engineering drawings and collaborating on UX. It helps us solve the problem of brainstorming together as remote team on flowcharts and wireframes.
