Intuitive, easy, and very useful.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful and very intuitive tool. I use it with my students in online class, and even if they haven't used it before, they have no difficulty in doing so. Additionally, it has very useful tools (ways in which you can write text, post-its... many options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an intermediate price between the free plan and the starter price. 64 euros per month is impossible to afford for an entrepreneur. Most tools have a price of about 10 euros per month on average for the starter level. In my case, it would be unaffordable to pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me in Language classes with compulsory secondary school students. They need to learn how to make a drawer system in the analysis that only Miro allows me to perform.

Best cooperation tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to learn, with many plugins and possibilities. Very useful in daily work. Very helpful is a much more fluent existing standalone app, especially with more than 200 active collaborators on the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it is too many people online (>200) it starts (web app) to work slower. In these cases useful is to hide participatory pointers and use a standalone app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates are very useful to organize meetings, especially voting, keeping progress, mid-mapping new ideas, and useful to drive retrospectives. During meetings people can actively collaborate, and work remotely, timerr is great to keep timeboxes and agendas. Easy to vote for ideas or priorities.
Miro brings out our creative side
What do you like best about the product?
The fluidity of the application is out of this world. Thanks to it, we can create structures while meeting without waiting for changes. In addition, it's easy to use, so anyone can master it and get a lot out of it to express their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro works perfectly, thanks to the fact that it is online, but this is a drawback if the connection is unstable. Therefore, I would like some measures so that the unstable connection does not affect the experience so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need a meeting, we always decide to use Miro. And this is a standard in our way of working, even if we are all in the same room. The reason is that Miro has been instrumental in brainstorming until we reach agreements that we all like. The methodology has made the meetings less time-consuming and more effective.
Miro is the best tool for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
If I could give Miro only one adjective, it would be intuitive. It is a great software because it provides simple and practical tools to its users. And this stems from its vision: to be a fully functional digital whiteboard. In one place, I have all the tools I need to collaborate with others worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are fantastic, but sometimes I miss simpler ones. Thinking of a wider variety of templates would make this software even more versatile and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People from all over the world come together in Miro when we need to collaborate in real time. We have specific meeting times, which we develop on the platform. Beyond just a set of collaboration tools, it has become the best possible virtual office.
Why Miro is a perfect whiteboard?
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has tools I love: brainstorming, polls, sticky notes, mapping, etc. They all have a lovely design that makes them easy to use. I also love how fluid the app is. It feels great to use all its functions from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problem with Miro. If I had to mention one, there is not much variety of licenses, even if a person uses fundamental functions. But I like enterprise plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been good at creating good visuals. They are helpful when I have to explain how we will work from that point on. The meetings are organic, quite explanatory and very light.
On the other hand, it has been my primary tool for creating complex work paths.
Our communication and environment have improved.

Excellent tool for me and for my clients
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has fascinating visuals. The board is a perfect virtual space to dump images and others to communicate ideas.
I also love how interactive the software is. I especially see this when I think of it as a virtual whiteboard

What do you dislike about the product?
Browsing is a bit tedious when too much content is on the same board. It would be interesting to have filters or something similar for these cases. Sometimes, I use more than an unique space for big projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually have to make presentations to my clients to let them know how the progress of the projects has been going. I used Powerpoint and other similar software because they are pretty well known.
However, Miro has been great for making these presentations because it is easier to use.

Virtual collaboration canvas is easy to pick up, hard to replace
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked in mixed creative, product, and engineering teams, I find Miro an effective tool for visual thinking and documentation. The tools are accessible for newcomers to adopt but scale well for power users to leverage templates and tools that adapt to content and user needs across a project or workflow's stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whether at the board-level, or the team-level, it's up to individuals and their teams to manage board sprawl and keep things organized. Depending on the information guidelines of your organization, there may be some friction involved in ensuring that the right individuals are granted the correct level of access to certain types of content in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro supports our team as a platform for digital collaboration -- it facilitates hybrid work, transitioning our information from the remote environment into the office and back.
MIRO is a great collaboration tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
Using the tool live to collaborate and being able to have asynchronous collaboration in a common space is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template library could be more comprehensive. Sometimes i cannot find good examples of common business work flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of MIRO in active collaboration during meetings. Mapping out long strategic vision and being able to have a common place for people to reference is invaluable.
