Effortless Collaboration, But Table Tools Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating system diagrams, workflows, and collaborative exercises during workshops. I appreciate that it solves the problem of versioning diagrams since everyone can always see the latest version and collaborate in real-time. I like that Miro is easy to use and has a lot of elements, shapes, and entities already defined, so I don't have to create them myself. It makes it quicker to create system diagrams since I don’t have to create entities from scratch. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table entities could be more flexible. They could be easier to create, for example, by being able to select the exact grid size upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves versioning issues, allowing everyone to see the latest diagrams and collaborate in real time. Creating system diagrams is quicker with pre-defined elements, and it's easy to use.
Essential Tool for UX/UI Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Miro interface because I am a UX/UI designer and the tool is very useful for the research phase of my projects. I also like how the templates help me save time on organization. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I mainly use it to organize everything in one place and better understand all the information I receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the 'free' version was a bit less limiting. There are many paid tools nowadays and I can't access all of them. I would use it more if it had a bit fewer limits in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and understand all the information I receive from clients, allowing me to quickly align my vision with theirs. Additionally, the templates save me time in organizing.
Infinite Canvas and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the speed at which I can put a board together with Miro. It seems like they've thought hard about the UI, making it easier to move content around compared to PowerPoint. The interactivity is great, and the feature that allows infinite zoom in and out is fantastic. I can make the board as large as I need and keep adding content, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall whether Miro shows a map of the whole board. If not, that would be helpful to know where different parts are, especially when I'm zoomed in. Also, an indicator at the edges of the screen to show if there's additional content beyond the view, like an arrow, would be helpful. Sometimes, I can't find certain content someone is referring to, and they have to guide me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our workflow, combining different processes on one board. It enhances collaboration with its infinite-sized board, allowing easy addition of PowerPoint slides, flowcharts, and sticky notes, which accelerates teamwork compared to PowerPoint and flowchart tools.

Effortless Collaboration with Unique Features

I like that Miro provides features that many other websites don't. The ease of copying and pasting pictures is something I appreciate as other webs don't allow that. The text option is another favorite of mine because on other webs you can't type as easily. Also, setting up Miro was very easy thanks to the instructions. Plus, I find Miro excellent overall.

I also like how we can easily visualize our ideas at the end of a meeting. And to finishI really really enjoy the large choices of templates, it helps me to gain time on how I want to structure my ideas and it helps me tosave a lot of time

Effortless Team Collaboration and architecture planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it makes teamwork really easy. The digital whiteboard lets everyone add ideas, draw, plan, and collaborate in real time, no matter where they are. It’s simple to use, has great templates, and helps turn messy thoughts into clear plans. Overall, it makes brainstorming, planning, and working together faster and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that sometimes it can feel heavy, especially with large boards—it can slow down or lag. Also, because there are so many features, it can take time for new users to learn everything. But overall, these issues are minor compared to the value it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration during technical discussions. As engineers, we often need to whiteboard architectures, map out data flows, plan sprints, or discuss system designs, but doing that remotely can be difficult. Miro provides a single visual workspace where we can diagram systems, share ideas in real time, and keep everything organized in one place.
This benefits me by making design discussions faster, reducing misunderstandings, and helping the whole team stay aligned. It also speeds up decision-making because everyone can see the architecture, comment, and contribute instantly—just like being in the same room.
