Requires acquiring a premium account to enjoy a lot breadh of features. It is a good product in generall though.

Has many feastures and the free plan covers a lot of them for you to get an essence of the product

Perhaps the laod time in rare cases when there are a lot of content but to be fair when you have that much conetent on any app it's gonna take a few extra seconds to load

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of working collaboratively with my team mates at the same time in the same workspace. It is also very useful for organizing and synthesizing a lot of information visually.
Miro helps bring ideas to life and bring team members on the same page as to the implementation.

Miro is easy to use anyone can easily use it by just checking a few online guides

I am yet to find what I dislike about Miro, I hope to have an opportunity to mention it when I see one

Miro is solving the problem of communication gap and confusion among the team as to the right way to implement an idea. It provides the platform to clearly describe what is needed for the execution of the idea

What do you like best about the product?
It supports multiple languages allowing team members from different countries to communicate and work together seamlessly also it provides data visualization features that enable users to create interactive graphs ,charts and tables.These tools make it easier to present and understand complex information visually.

It's a great tool for staying organized and getting things done.No cons.

Collaborative and great for storytelling
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Miro is how intuitive it can become for a team. I spent very little time onboarding new team members about the main functionalities and then people decide to continue using it for their personal projects and they get more involved with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I wish it was easier to replicate boards and lock functionality. It is easy to get lost and sometimes it is hard to remind people how to design in a specific board. Additionally, although I fully love the zoomability, at times there is no easy solution to resize something if created in the wrong zoom/scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple clients, and they all come from different industries and have different core businesses. I like that Miro can facilitate storytelling design, and at the same time, I can do full business plans and client acquisition diagrams.
Lastly, as a professor, it is a great way to be collaborative in the classroom.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration for our remote team is amazing. We won't go back to using real stickies ever again. And you can write a lot more on one virtual sticky anyways. It is impossible to get people in a real room these days and Miro has solved that for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that some of our clients who are less technology savvy, sometimes have a problem navigating it

Collaboration for our fully remote team. We can keep the boards and always have them as a source of truth. Not the PLO with real boards and then having to take photos.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Miro's templates library which offers a wide selection for different purposes, from product roadmaps to user stories. It helps in streamlining the planning process and focusing on the content rather than setting up the structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export options in Miro could be improved. The lack of flexibility in exporting boards in different formats or resolutions occasionally makes it less convenient when you need to share the content with external stakeholders.

Miro excels in project planning and management. The visual boards help in keeping track of the progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
