What do you dislike about the product?
I find it to be an incredibly useful tool that seamlessly integrates with different providers and competitors, allowing us to explore alternative methods of interacting with our office applications. While it may lack some specialized visual presentation features for suppliers, such requirements are generally rare. However, it's essential to note that its functionality is limited without an internet connection.

Multi-Purpose Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The ready-made templates for wireframing and value proposition workshops.
The desktop and mobile apps are amazing, and much slicker than the browser working.

What do you dislike about the product?
Guests having to create an account to contribute to a workshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some clients experience IT issues accessing Google Suite. We do not experience the same issues with Miro.
As a first time user of Miro, I was surprised at just how quickly it became a 'everyday tool'
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The 'simplistic' nature of how it works yet the power of what it can do is incredible, and the community share is such a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major dislikes about Miro, my only comment would be the limited offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take a business problem or opportunity and visualize how I can deliver a solution. Stakeholder buy in is much higher when using Miro.
Love Miro for bringing people together
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome for when your team is distributed but you need to collaborate... either in a meeting or just throughout a work effort. I use it to capture my thoughts, or to create diagrams... like a service map, or a strategy, or journey map.
People being able to see the work coming together really helps to bond the team together and create buy-in/consensus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface in the website can be a bit clunky with using the mouse compared to the desktop app... but once I've used the web version for a few minutes I'm all good with it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating a service management framework for a large service in a large government agency. Miro helps me visualise the concepts for people to better understand and contribute their understanding. Recently I used it for a test run of a process and mapped out the process as people walked through it. It was fantastic to see where the understanding differed from the process we had created.
One of the best Process and Ideation Tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely simple to use, the interface is intuitive and uses common controls. Live team access is very useful, we regularly run idea sessions with shared boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor tweaks would make graphic consistency easier. A button to make selected shapes the same size and style as others would save so much time for complex boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business processes underpin our entire customer delivery ecosystem and success. We use Miro as an instrumental part of the mapping of our services to form scalable products. It is useful primarily as a time saver, and to represent our processes easily where there are very few alternatives.
Loyal User where ever I go!
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating in real time! Love the way I can get my teams working together, sharing ideas, and working on effective solutions. Every opportunity I have to use this tool I do!
What do you dislike about the product?
We started on a free trial and it took us a bit to transfer our team and boards over to the Enterprise experience. Not a deal breaker however just would have liked to understood that prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using Miro for a variety of different things. First, which has been the greatest reward is allowing all my team members to get their thoughts out on "paper." Secondly, would be the ability to work alongside one another since we are all remote. We get to see, plan, and strategize on solutions in real time!
Excellent mapping tool
What do you like best about the product?
For me the best is the simplicity to use, the ammount of possibilities in the free level is enough to develop processes and maps alone or in a collaborative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only just a few things that I like less in Miro and one is that sometime it is confusion how rght and left clicks work on the canvas more over when you are focused on the thing you are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the oppinion that only when you see the complete forest you can focuse on the tree, Miro helps me to understand processes E2E with the ability to focus on specifics to improve them. Also it gives a clear understanding to other departments the complexity and timeframes required to process things.
excellent product. As easy as it is useful
What do you like best about the product?
user-friendliness. Easy to learn. The application never crashes
What do you dislike about the product?
more tools are needed to facilitate the alignment of objects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no 'physical' limitations in creating flowcharts. Great ease and simplicity of sharing with colleagues even outside our organisation
Great visual tool for even the least visual of us
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is helpful at helping me organize thoughts in a way other than a bulleted doc. As a very uncreative person, I appreciate the simplicty of the tool and the robust template library to help me get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started can be overwhelming, especially when you don't have a clear picture in your mind about what you want your board to look like. It would be awesome if there was an AI tool that you could type in the goal, and it could spit out some example templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is allowing our teams to get aligned on on complex ideas.
A Whole New World
What do you like best about the product?
The realtime experience of collaborating in a seemingly infinite 3D whiteboard space is hard to beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the iconography has a whiff of mystery meat. But mostly it's clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
