Miro is the best tool to transform your ideas into valuable project designs
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use and intuitive. I can use it for personal thinking, team brainstorming or even team retrospectives. It's an all-in-one solution. The autoscale feature is fantastic if you want to reshuffle things or they become bigger than expected. The apps (voting, timer, etc.) make our lives easier in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything used to work well, so I don't have anything that dislikes me. Something that I would add, if it's not there already, is the possibility of changing the background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, it solves two problems: team communication/discussions and personal thinking. For the team, it's straightforward to create productive discussions based on what we have on the board, and at the same time, it's easy to adapt to certain ceremonies like the retro or design sprints. Regarding personal thinking, it helps me transform my ideas into diagrams or visualizations that are easy to share and explain.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I like the scalability of MIRO Whiteboards. You can easily start with a small drawing and add more and more information, pictures, notes, reference etc., to it, and you can end up with a large-scale drawing that still works performant and provides you a decent overview of what you did.
As a true cloud-based solution, these results are available literally everywhere, on your PC, in the home office, in virtual meetings even in real-life meetings. So, results are not lost but could be reused and enhanced in collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being quite a heavy user of MIRO whiteboards and using in not only for meetings but to gain insights and results, there are limitations. Most of the tools are for short-term collaboration.
Thorough analysis and insights on the business process by means of a big-scale drawing are possible with MIRO, but that’s obviously not the primary use case.
Nevertheless it still works well, and the scalability helps a lot to gain an overview and insights.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As initially said, scalability is the most important feature of my day-to-day work. Even with hundreds of pictures and notes, the whiteboard still works performant. This way, I can keep an overview of all referenced information and integrate them into my business analysis. As a true cloud-based solution, I can share this with the team and with the businesses.

the infinite canvas, the ability to bring people to interact with the canvas and content without the need for them to have prior knowledge of the platform, the integrated gadgets that they bring

I don't like the way of downloading the projects or canvas and when you are premium and go back to being a free plan, all the other boards are blocked without being able to access them

it allows interactive instances with many people, it is used for product presentations, research activities, it is used to have a canvas organized by projects, it allows the free administration of canvas permissions to be able to include external to the project

Very crisp, clean looking interface. Nice way to work collaboratively with the team.

Sometimes tricky to find where other members of the team are when using remotely

A great collaborative tool for nearly everything for a Product Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an engaging tool that allows a Product Manager to quickly design a product, customer workflows and journeys. Miro has pre-existing templates that are handy to use, saving time and energy spent on the struggle to find a purposeful template. The collaboration with the colleagues makes it easy to share and update the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workflows are too overwhelming, and downloading them in a single image can be challenging. The image editing functionality can be improved to allow an overall exceptional experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Manager, I use Miro to brainstorm and create user journeys and workflows. Miro is helping me bring all the product design pieces together and collaborate with my team members for first-hand feedback through sharing and editing functionality. This helps in removing the need to manage multiple versions.
A great collaboration tool that allow us to apply simplicity on a daily basis.

The best part is the possibility to share the board and other person can edit, paste sticky notes, change and review. This feature is very usefull to remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that is a little confused is when your colleagues are trying to access your board for the first time, they have some difficulty to find it, even using the link provided.

It is being used to acquire many ideas, sprint retrospectives, and even some personal plans like certification study.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro allows for real-time collaboration on projects. It is incredibly helpful when working with a team, as it allows for quick feedback and iteration. Additionally, I love the wide range of templates that Miro offers - this makes it easy to get started with a new project, and helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page from the beginning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro doesn0t have a complete built-in image editor, so we'll need to use another program to edit our images before adding them to Miro. Also, there are no built-in video editing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro at work because it's an easy way to create mind maps and visually organize information. It's also great for collaboration since multiple people can edit and add to the mind map in real time.
The widgets are so useful for me because they allow me to quickly add images, videos and notes without having to leave the mind map.

Excellent brainstorming and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for multiple people to be using a board at the same time has been great for brainstorming ideas, and also allows us to complete reviews of projects. The voting functionality is excellent, and ensures everyone has an equal opportunity for their voice to be 'heard'.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage I have only been using Miro for a few months so I am sure there is a lot of functionality I have not yet found! It has been hard setting up users as we have an enterprise license and it is not very clear on how to get people access to a board, but this could be something we need to work on internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing team members to easily see a vision for a project, and to be able to contribute to that vision has been really beneficial. The ability to connect ideas has been great as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can log in/type at once. Offers lots of functionalities (vote, post-its, schedule, flowcharts...) and various templates depending on the purpose of the board. Much easier than PPT to create your "space" and keep feeding it

Would appreciate more formatting options on frames, as well as free-form shapes
