What do you dislike about the product?
Customization shapes in Miro somehow still has limitation like rounded corner radius or nodes to adjust the shapes. The board map also need some improvement to be more easily to navigate for bigger space usage such as clustering or grouping in the same board. Last, the integration still need some compatibility improvement to make it more seamless with other popular apps used by industry.

Multifunctional tool for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a wonderful tool for everyone. It's intuitive features are helping to work live with a large group of people. Miro's visual clarity and large base of templates allows you to create great projects in high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
From our experience, we don't find anything wrong with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us during workshops with large groups of people. In real time we can work with them on the project and use lots of tools and templates helping us work out the solutions. Additionally, we find it cool and important, that we don't have to use paper flipcharts or sticky notes during workshops because participants see everything o the screen. That's so environmental friendly. After workshop we have everything saved in the account and we can continue working without the mess.
Miro is my go-to teaching resource
What do you like best about the product?
The multidimensionality of the tools is fantastic. Everything you could need is built right in. I use it in my classes for online critique and we also use it to keep historical documentation to compare revisions from class to class.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to embed videos. If you could show it as a preview that opens in a lightbox or something that'd be fine, but it would be nice to setup videos and whatnot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we went fully online with our program, Miro allowed us to set up a collaborative critique environment that allows students to look at their work in a manner most similar to how we used to present in person – either by attaching it to the wall or broadcasting it via projector. This allows for a more collaborative experience because the comments can be left in real-time and accessed later on without someone having to take notes or remember the feedback given. Additionally, the other tools such as voting and timer based integrations help keep us on track.
I love Miro just to map out my mind
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great when we want to just dump all our thoughts out somewhere and then bring order to the chaos. I must say that talktrack is such an amazing feature as it saves me having to create a Loom for it and when you are on the recieving end of a talktrack you feel it as opposed to just listen to it, so well done to the whole team on that!
What do you dislike about the product?
The apple app, theres just something about it which always means I go back to browser which is a bit annoying as I have to have a window dedicated just to Miro and then other tabs and before you know it you have another window with another load of tabs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Async communication - Especially with talktrack now its great for that
Retros - We are fully remote so that means that we can collab on Miro
Process mapping - We can map how our process are and make improvments on that

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Don't need to be tech savvy. I was able to build a diagramm in now time. Also they have plenty of template to give you ideas. I would recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some icons with the free version. You're a bit limited in your creation but I understand that every software company need revenue and are trying to convince you to switch over their paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with Miro I can put in images ideas and concept that would be to complicated to explain in words. It is a very efficient tool to coolaborate and when you are many users working on the same project.
Flexible and easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little bit more guidance on how to make the most use of the product. I feel like there is way more to it than what I use it for. It would be great to get more learning prompts or how-to videos with showcases on how other companies use Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to visualise strategies and items we are talking about. It is a great collaboration tool to map out projects with timelines, tasks and owners. We use it for company-wide processes mapping and OKRs.
The Easiest Collaboration Tool that I use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with Miro, it's an easy tool to collaborate with team members, not just team members that are local but team members that are in other parts of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that when choosing "Frame" that my Miro begins to lag or freeze but perhaps that's somethign that I am doing wrong on my end. Honestly, I don't have anything that stands out as a "dislike".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is assisting our team with visually mapping process flows along with creating archives that are used in report-outs. I can't recommend Miro enough, I use Miro on a daily basis and enjoy it.
Great Tool for Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates in Miroverse are super helpful! You don't have to recreate the wheel. Collaborating is so much easier in today's remote environment. We use it for PI events and retrospectives. It's been critical to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have many collaborators working on a board without the proper locks in place for the frames, it can get a little messy. We've seen random stickies duplicated all over the board for no apparent reason, but we just delete those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate with hundreds of users all over the world during our PI planning events. This has made us able to focus on the right work that delivers substantial value for our business. It's very easy to use and adoption is increasing by the day!
