Miro review by an ADAS Systems Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enabled collaboration seamlessly for our team. The intuitive UI and appealing visual representation keep us engaged while not distracting us with over-the-top visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is significantly tougher to use Miro on smaller devices. Navigation is a slight issue on phones and tablets. I found myself using it on laptops to avoid these hassles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us collaborate and plan our sprints. My team used to keep track of minutes of our planning meet using simple notes applications earlier, Miro has been a huge help in that area.
A great tool to develop ideas with a team
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that you can collaborate with your teammates online live. You can see what they are looking at constantly. It's components are pretty and are really easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes it is hard to drag components around the screen. This meaning, sometimes when I try to drag a certain component I end up dragging another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes planning things as a team gets hard; this tends to happen because not everyone sees what their peers see. When you work with Miro it ends up making things clearer and easier to understand.

Miro - Great tool for interactive brainstorming and team building!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity that Miro provides user. You are able to jump on and create a inertactive flow chart in a matter of minutes. Mutliple templates to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about the tool was when a white board get too croweded you can accidently move things around unintentioanlly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving multiple problems for my team. Firstly it provides a easy platform to brainstorm and data dump with my team. We can include all users at the same time. Secondly we use this to create flow charts for different projects. With the multiple tempaltes it easy to createa work flow chart.
Making it possible for remote teams to cooperate.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It is just intuitive. Dozens of templates and just adding features that improve working together, especially if the teams are remote.
I have used other tools like Mural or Lucid chart, but Miro is still the best.
I have used other tools like Mural or Lucid chart, but Miro is still the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is computer resources heavy, especially the desktop app. Finding back a board when you have many is also not super straightforward. It would be great for it to be easier to embed in Jira and google docs with two-way sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping remotes teams discuss and ideate, facilitating retros, and aligning on user flows, and collecting opinions from different people in real time. Miro makes it possible to have remote teams.

Miro for Grad students
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization!
There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's very easy to see what I'm trying to brainstorm using different functions that miro has.
It's much easier to look at compared to some of the other brainstorming programs

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve.
It definately took me a while (a week-ish?) to get used to the program. It's not a get it and use it type of program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
brainstorming in general for grad papers
allows high quality online collaboration for large groups
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to set up different areas for sub-groups to work in, while keeping the whole in sight. The voting function works quickly and efficiently- a real time saver. The wide variety of templates, and ease of use of post-its and stickers encourage both experienced facilitators and first-time users to interact more creatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow of reinstating "frozen" licenses and granting board access is neither quick nor smooth. Also, locking of multiple objects needs to be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Miro boards to support work sessions for 30 - 250 people. The Miro setup helps large groups work with more visibility, transparency, findability of information, better dependency management, ability to spot patterns earlier, allowing more connection and fun.
