What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator in financial services, I don't like the limited customization option available in Miro. Some features are not fully customizable, which can be inconvenient for users who prefer customizing the platform to their needs.

I use Miro for a variety of tasks, such as to streamline and automate financial processes, improve collaborations between stakeholders, and store and manage documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Insanely easy to use and collaborate with clients and vendors. Sharing ideas, commenting, and reviewing. An amazing tool to create mind-maps and let everyone add their thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no real layer support. If that feature would be added, it could be the best allrounder tool on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the platform to easily represent, map, and visualize your ideas. We mostly like and use the vast, rich templates and miroverse to turn our thoughts into highly intuitive as well as collaborative board to run the office easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss an easier way to link the comments to the elements. Also, integration with the calendar apps are not present on the Miro. Otherwise everything is fine for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the productivity point of view, miro is a superpower for us. Miro solved the problems that we had with blatant guessing of deas. Because, now the employees can literally visualize almost everything.

The learning curve is a little complex. There are a lot of interesting functions, but I would have appreciated some tutorials. The platform may be overwhelming.

I use Miro as an online whiteboard that can be used for the rest of the team. We put on it all the ideas, organize them and select which will be the chosen one.

Miro's price is its main disadvantage: it needs too much per month per user. It would be nice if there were plans for various users, so it could be a more affordable management tool. I think the smallest companies can't purchase the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as my primary project management tool because of its interface. With Miro, I create project plans visually, which is helpful in real-time team collaboration. I can graphically make ideas and share them with others in a few clicks. Our communication is better now because, sometimes, the big picture tell us more than words.
I even make presentations with Miro when I need to explain flowcharts and other visuals.
