I revolutionized our team collaboration

  • December 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's collaborative features, such as its digital whiteboard that allows teammates to plan projects and visually brainstorm ideas, task boards and powerful brainstorming and voting tools.
Additionally, Miro has an incredible features for keeping teams connected with video chat, files sharing, and customizable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has limited security features, which may prove to be a deterrent for Team Leads looking for solutions that guarantee high levels of data protection.
And the platform offers comprehensive features, but some may find its user interface overly complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my preferred tool for collaborating with the team on projects because it allows us to brainstorm ideas visually and keep track of progress. And its whiteboard feature provides great media for organizing workflows and communicating tasks between us.
I also use the task boards to stay on top of deadlines.
Since we use Miro, we can do all projects on time.

Uncovering the benefits of this powerful platform

  • December 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a robust suite of collaboration tools, which provide a centralized and organized workspace for teams to communicate and collaborate effectively.
The collaborations platform is easy to use, with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, and many users find it invaluable for organizing project tasks and staying on top of their functions.
Features such as real time analytics and automated workflows make collaboration smooth, fast and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a lack of integration with other cloud applications, such as Salesforce, Slack and Trello. It will be a great and helpful update if it happens.
And it would be nice if they fixed the learning curve, which is very long for this kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides end-to-end encryption and authentication to ensure that only authorized users can access a workspace and its contents. This system is perfect for more complicated private projects requiring role assignments.
And Miro is a good tool for visualizing workflows and identifying areas of improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has interesting capabilities for idea-capturing, and I like it. It is a good way to create a creative virtual space where teams can collaborate.
Miro is a good tool as a whiteboard, and it has great features like mind maps and flowcharts that help make better choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has not a native support for plug-ins and add-ons. It could limite the ability to expand the platform's capabilities.
I also find the learning curve a bit steep and time-consuming for unfamiliar users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productiviy and collaboration within our organization have been improved since we use Miro.
Through virtual whiteboards and mind mapping, teams can gather, record and visualize ideas and insights.
And the analytics tools are helpful when I need to measue our progress in an objective manner.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of Miro makes it the best whiteboard and collaboration tool, which also helps in project management and connecting remotely with the teams. The installation and integration with other tools are simple processes and can be done by using readily available templates. Additionally, launching the Miro web portal is a very convenient way to start using it right away from any machine or location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a very effective and helpful whiteboard tool. It is available for multiple platforms, but I'm not too fond of the complex UI for mobile applications as it is tough to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is effectively helping us as a whiteboard, visual collaboration tool, and advanced-level project monitoring and planning. The implementation of Miro has simplified the remote working methodologies for us. It has benefitted us by showing a true reflection of employee contributions/engagement and effectiveness on ongoing assignments while working remotely. It is also helpful for mind-mapping sessions and converting ideas together for innovative solutions.

Miro is quite helpful.

  • December 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's primary goal is to give you as many options as possible for using visual tools, communicating, brainstorming, and daydreaming. You can explore an endless number of features for helping with teamwork, like creating PDFs from exported frames, collaborating together, visualizing results, generating ideas, and coordinating team efforts. And the Miroverse? Let's say I could go on forever about how great it is! The fact that it's designed so sincerely and uncluttered shows in its particular implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on Miro's creative capacity are the most aggravating aspect of life. I use Miro frequently to arrange data and launch its processing into visualizations, but I've discovered its limitations. For example, I would like to see more of the tools that now require me to use Illustrator - such as the ability to create complicated shapes, sketch freely with pen pressure, and organize my work using layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Miro has been an invaluable tool for our geographically dispersed team as we utilize it to coordinate our efforts, hold problem-solving workshops, and produce and share relevant papers. Having unlimited space and boards to jot down and sketch ideas has been an enormous, paper-saving, creativity-enhancing bonus.

It pushes the team work and bings up a lot of creativity.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number of possibilities to create content on the Board and the needed functions to facilitate meetings and workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I did not have a chance as a regular license user to see some statistics. I'm unhappy that I can't see how many people visit the board. It would be essential for our team. And of course the huge jump in prices for company licenses. And at least that this review is in English only and I'm german and do not understand erverything and have to translate everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes workshops possible during the corona pandemic when face-to-face meetings, sessions and events could not be done.

A perfect white board for remote work collaboration

  • December 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a place where-in it is a board with infinite space to collaborate and start working. In this board, users can work on the interface parallelly, creating flowcharts, having scrum events like retrospective and feature discussions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the Miro board is packed with a lot of features, it's a bit difficult for first time users to get to understand the whole application and how to move around, zoom it and out, creating flowcharts, tables and stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post-Covid, as we all know, we had to work remotely, connect and communicate virtually. Here, Miro helps people to work on the same board concurrently and start discussions in the same way as how people would have done offline. Also, people have the feasibility to download and start using the board from a smartphone post signing in.

A fantastic collaboration tool for holding workshops and working with a hybrid team

  • December 01, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
A vast library of templates for workshopping within a hybrid team and the opportunity to use it as a repository
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to synch with outlook to send automatic reminders for scheduled tasks.
Difficulties in exporting a specific board/saving as pdf rather than everything on the canvas unless accessed via the side bard.
When exporting as a "picture," occasionally, the entire board is not captured and must be saved as a pdf instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with a hybrid team across many regions and time zones presents numerous obstacles. Miro has assisted us in overcoming it while allowing other individuals to work on the same project simultaneously.
