    Education Management

My go-to for online collaboration

  • January 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate virtually, easily. And the clarity of the boards for participants is valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be a bit fiddly at times. I find myself clicking on the wrong things, or highlighting items that I didn't want to. I hope the team can continue to focus on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for everyone to participate in a virtual collaboration session. Running similar exercises using PowerPoint or Excel would simply not work.

The best tool for collaborative work

  • January 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an intuitive, easy-to-use, and visually appealing platform. It allows me to work with my colleagues at all times, regardless of where they are.
Best of all, I didn't need any training to use the software. All the functions are easy to find and apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of resources. Therefore, it runs slow on some computers when working with tools that also require a lot of memory, such as GitHub Desktop and Visual Studio Code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize my workday and stay in constant contact with the other developers on my team. Every day I log in to the dashboard to check the latest modifications made by my teammates, read the annotations they wrote, and check the activity I was assigned.
Once I finish working, I add notes to let the others know where I left off so they can take it from there.

Miro is the powerful tool for project management

  • January 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of my favorite tools for project management.
One of the things I like the most is its collaborative whiteboard because it allows me to develop and visualize my project ideas.
It is a very intuitive and fast platform I can use from anywhere. It makes it easy for me to keep track of projects and organize individual and team tasks.
I like the customer service most: they are reliable, agile and attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro is a valuable tool for my projects, its templates are limited and only sometimes fit all my needs. I can modify the templates, but I would like them to be more varied and complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's giant whiteboard is perfect for using pre-designed templates with mind maps, diagrams and workflows in less time.
I have created and organized some projects with templates for PI and brainwriting. I also use it to identify the specific details of each project with the team, create new tasks and change or update them.

Managing projects has never been easier

  • January 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like to have all the tools I need in one place and use them simultaneously. Miro was designed with order and a collaborative work scheme in mind. It shows in its structure and the variety of functions it offers: outlining, brainstorming, boards and annotations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing permissions take a few minutes to become effective. Workers logging into the forums must wait before they can make changes to a board. It should be immediate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to organize multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of all work teams in an orderly fashion. I also use it to coordinate my meetings with developers working remotely. In these meetings, we evaluate the progress of each stage of the project, modify what is necessary, brainstorm ideas for the following presentations and make quick notes.

moving the panes accidentally when lots of participants in the workshop session

Overall, Miro is a valuable asset for any product manager looking to streamline and improve their workflow.

Revolutionize remote teamwork with Miro.

  • January 12, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly, versatile, and flexible Miro is, allowing teams to work together synchronously and asynchronously. It also integrates with other tools, such as Jira and Slack, making it a robust tool for project management and workflow. Its collaboration features and real-time meetings have been game-changers for us working remotely. I highly appreciate the whiteboard feature as it allows us to create visual diagrams and mindmaps to organize ideas and brainstorm new concepts. It also has a wide range of templates and visual elements that can be used visually appealingly. Miro has many templates and icons to help us express ideas visually appealingly. It is also easy to track progress and prioritize tasks using Miro. It is an excellent tool for teams looking to improve their remote collaboration and ideation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a robust tool. However, it is lacking in some areas: The search functionality has a lot of room for improvement. Also, when dealing with larger screens, there are performance issues, sluggishness, and projects may also lack structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro in different ways. We use it to create visual project plans and roadmaps, allowing teams to collaborate and track their progress. We have even integrated it with Jira for easier workflow management among groups. Miro facilitates us to work on the same document and share ideas remotely through video conferencing, chats and whiteboarding.
