Flexible but difficult to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has several templates and features that make it unique. This diversity supports different uses, and I can both manage projects and gather feedback through other assets
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks integration with other services (e.g. Notion), and it also lacks screen reading capabilities for (visual) accessibility. The lack of accessibility is the one thing keeping my organization from using it more widespread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is easy to use, and has key features that assist in my diagramming. The template I use counts the number of items within a 'cell', and this helps me identify when I'm assigning too many tasks to a given week.
One of the best white boarding tools
What do you like best about the product?
From the start, Freehand is's user-friendly UI is very impressive. The navigation is intuitive, making it simpel for designers, p.o, and devs to brainstorm. Some other notable mentions are how easy Freehand is able to intergrate with Jira, Asana, as well as the Sketch, Figma and XD.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Freehand was a little more "fun."
I really like the celebration emojis that Mural has, and while I know this doesn't improve efficiency or productivity. It does improve moral and it makes the experience more "fun." I feel that's missing from Freehand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work in a hybrid and remote setting, Freehand allows us to easily work together across different locations and time zones.
It also, allows to review prototypes, wireframe and brainstorm on all in one platform.

Great collaboration / white boarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get a box on a page and then start collaborating with other people
What do you dislike about the product?
The infinite resizing of boxes and texts means it's really hard to determine what size to initially create my boxes, and also it makes it really hard to copy boxes across boards since they're all sized differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great virtual whiteboard. We use it a lot to just start putting down ideas in meetings.
We also use it for all our storymapping of early product ideas which helps us define problems better upfront

An innovative platform for project collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro can be used for multiple purposes, from organizing ideas and displaying photos to hosting presentations and online workshops. Its shared whiteboard makes collaboration easy no matter where in the world I am working from! The timer feature also helps ensure that reviews/action items are completed on time, which is especially helpful when meetings run longer than expected. My favorite feature has to be the Notes tab - it keeps my meeting notes, agendas, and even my personal to-do list organized so I don't get distracted or forget anything important during a session with teammates or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Miro's sharing features have yet to be simplified and made more user-friendly. To reduce the risk of confusion, there should be only one way to get a "link". Streamlining could also help prevent ambiguity in this area. While it is true that third-party plugins can sometimes cause problems, improved documentation and developer support can make resolving these issues much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me stay organized and productive when working on group projects. It allows us to create mind maps to brainstorm potential solutions, visualize those ideas, and collaborate from anywhere in the world at the same time.

Novice user with workshopping experince
What do you like best about the product?
I am a novice user with expereince using other workshopping tools.
Starting up to use the product was easy. I like that the onboarding helping messages are not coming up at the very first login, but slowly appearing when doing the work. So I actually have possibility to try them one-by-one. I am not overwhelmed with the amount of new information.
I like that I can invite participants who does not have Miro account as a participant.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very clear from the documentation what kind of user access shall I use when inviting external participants for workshops. What is the difference between view/comment/edit or visitor/guest users?
I like the Figma Section feature, I have not found yet the alternative of that in Miro.

The industry standard for remote collaboration tools
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Miro is how it simplifies remote collaboration with its comprehensive collection of features, including collaboration, text editing, and visual effects. It has an easy learning curve that allows all users to be up and running quickly with no more than a few minutes of training. In addition, I appreciate having access to the library of pre-built templates that save me countless hours when coordinating geographically dispersed teams. These benefits make Miro an industry standard for enabling effective communication between remote workers on collaborative projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the complexity of MIRO's features can make it difficult to learn, but once you understand its capabilities and features, there is no limit to the tasks you can accomplish. Although a free account does not have all the same options as a paid account - such as private boards - with careful collaboration between team members using different accounts, your project will still be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me work remotely and more efficiently. It provides an online, real-time workspace for my entire team that helps us collaborate efficiently no matter where we're located.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit of fun to share a board with other participants so they can edit/vote.
In the end it always works out, but the process is probably not perfect.

Great tool for collaborative requirements development
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a wide range of templates. It easily creates nice looking diagrams that help you brainstorm and visualize requirements. The collaboration works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro requires a good internet connection, other tools like Excalidraw are more lightweight. I miss hatched backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, we can brainstorm synchronously and asynchronously and further develop requirements over the entire project duration. The visualization makes the ideas clearer and easier to understand. This allows our developers to work in a more focused way.
