A great whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to be used in a large amount of different ways for a variety of teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the specific features within freehand may be a bit clunky for inexperienced tech users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me and my team an easy way to consistently collaborate with each other, as well as make us more productive in a more efficient manner over time.
Leave cluttered ideas behind and welcome organised innovation
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s extensive library of templates is absolutely phenomenal. It has drastically accelerated the brainstorming phase of projects as my team can easily select and customize a template that fits our objectives. Furthermore, integrating Miro with apps like Google Drive and Slack facilitates seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that when there are too many elements on the board, the performance starts to lag. This affects the smoothness of the collaboration, especially in larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes working together from different places easy. With the virtual whiteboard, we can all throw ideas around, make designs, and talk about them like we’re right there together. It’s really helped us be more creative and get stuff done.
Miro has transformed the way we brainstorm and create visuals in my team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome for making good-looking diagrams and flowcharts. The endless workspace is perfect for laying out complicated plans. The tools for adding notes and explanations are super handy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving around big boards in Miro can be a pain. Also, the phone app doesn’t have everything that the computer version does, so it’s not as good for working away from my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me work with my team even when we’re not in the same place by giving us an online space to do things together. We can make charts and maps that help us see information clearly and decide what to do next. Everyone knows what’s happening because it keeps our work synced up.

We love it
What do you like best about the product?
We like that Freehand provides us with a collaborative space (for us as the design team and product teams) to explore ideas in a way that is fun and low-stress. We've been using Freehand more in the last year since we've seen the value in using it for low-fidelity POCs. We like doing this because we'd prefer product teams not to have access to our Sketch files. I am excited about the new features, particularly the AI grouping of sticky notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and integrations we don't see a use for, so I'm afraid of it becoming "too much". A big part of the reason I use Freehand is to insert screenshots for reference, and I don't like that I can't rotate them when I want to. We have also been noticing that zooming in and out from the mousepad has not been working sometimes, which is not ideal when it happens in meetings. I wish I could see from a glance which viewers are actively looking at the board, not just have it open in one of their web tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our larger projects, we have some massive Freehand boards with all of the above (wireframes, mind mapping, whiteboarding, etc.). I'd say Freehand solves the problem of bridging the gap between us as the designers and the rest of the organization. Though I don't find many other users leave comments or sticky notes on our boards (I wish they would), I will typically see them checking out the boards after I've presented to them or had a working session. It allows us the space to think through our ideas before jumping into high fidelity, which is often a temptation for us.
Freehand is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have an entire canvas of designs for a project - both on desktop and on mobile. And the commenting ability is my favorite - I can tag colleagues on specific elements of an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the system goes down or is inaccessible. There have been a number of times where I have had trouble logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the creative process better in a remote environment, where many people in different parts of the company need to review and improve designs, or view a mockup for an RFP.
Miro is great tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I adore using Miro for virtual meetings and brainstorming sessions.
It is particularly effective at managing IT systems and producing tasks.
It's useful for marketing tactics as well as the layout creation I do for applications and websites.

What do you dislike about the product?
Given the amount of data and drawings on the board, the loading time of the content can occasionally be a bit sluggish.
Although some dinosaur users are hesitant to use it at first, once they do, they fall in love with it. You only need to get through the initial obstacle.
Additionally, it has difficulties making notes. Spelling errors made when making notes are not corrected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By assembling all of my project's components in one spot, it helps me avoid misplacing any of them.
In my line of work, activities are made beneficial by drawing a diagram and thoroughly describing methods, even if words may go a long way.
Lack of collaboration: Miro facilitates teamwork and collaboration on projects regardless of where team members are situated.

Amazing product but there is definitely room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily generate links and share to relevant stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have more editing options within the application itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing the clients the UX/UI wireframes of the design which is about to be developed.
A visual aid for team development
What do you like best about the product?
When my team and I are online discussing a project or preparing a project flow, we normally use Miro as our visual aid. Cooperation among colleagues has grown more powerful and productive, all because we can view team members' additions directly on the whiteboard, allowing us to better uncover new solutions and strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike about Miro, especially because the UI is very simple to understand, the time that we must spend to learn is not much, and adding new members is very easy. The only problem i found is the price, which may be confusing and costly for larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro brings people closer to each other, and any product designer or member of a remote design team should have a copy on their device. It's excellent for design thinking, discussion, and whiteboarding. Our colleagues' efficiency has increased. Overall, I strongly recommend Miro.
