What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate my white board design ideas and concepts with other team members. all the features are great. The freedom of creating my own boards and drag and drop feature as well as the comments feature is great. it is very easy to use and i use it everyday for all of my design and concept implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro doesn't let me copy and paste images to another program, such as if i want to copy and paste an image from Miro to Adobe illustrator, it won't let me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has helped cut down the amount of emails i have to write for intro and updates across several departments.
Perfect for Visualizing Ideas and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
When I first found Miro, it was because I wanted a tool where I could draw out my chain of thoughts or architecture (I'm a software engineer, by the way) where sometimes I would need to go from a big idea and zoom in, and zoom in into the little ideas, like an infinite scroll, so that's one of my main strong points about it, even though it's not infinite. Collaboration is the second main reason to choose it. I use it not only to share thoughts and architecture with my team, but also a lot for training and workshops where I am the teacher, where even people with no previous experience can jump in right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of, it suits perfectly to what I expect from this type of tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex software architectures benefits the team by providing a common understanding. I also use this a lot in the workshops and training sessions I conduct. I create exercises where participants use Miro to connect concepts, drag and drop words, etc., which helps captivate and keep everyone engaged.
Effortless Collaboration, Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating mind maps, corporation maps like employee trees, and blueprinting, and I find it easy to access and read. The entire team can work on the same map in real time, which makes it easy to stay on the same page. I like the easiness and how content is customer-friendly. It's very fast, and I appreciate that I don't need to wait for updates or refresh the website. I really value the sticky notes feature, as it helps me stay focused. The initial setup was very easy, aligning with how Miro is generally easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is easy to access and read; it lets my entire team collaborate on the same map in real-time, keeping everyone on the same page. It's fast and doesn't require refreshes. Its ease and customer-friendly content make it enjoyable to use.
Exceptional Collaboration Features Make Teamwork Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Miro is its collaboration capabilities with team members. I especially appreciate being able to share boards with different teams while controlling their access levels. That feature is something I truly enjoy. I love one more thing about Miro, that is there customer support. Amazing Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I also use Figma, but I prefer to choose different tools depending on the specific task at hand. When it comes to Miro, I can't say that I dislike anything about it, since my needs are quite particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been instrumental in helping me manage and adjust the flow of business operations. Whenever I need to modify the process, I simply update the flow chart, and then I can easily share the revised version with my team. This makes it much more efficient to communicate changes and keep everyone on the same page.

As a marketing strategy consultant, I find it easy to use this tool daily to visually represent marketing flows, customer journeys, or to map out various campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue with the online version is that it sometimes takes a while to load before you can make any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing me to turn my ideas into concrete mapping examples, this tool helps me design campaigns more effectively. It also saves time, as having all the visuals in one place makes it easy to present the mind mapping to my team.

Effortless Collaboration and Stunning Visuals with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to collaborate with people on it. It's very easy to share links and work on, and it's visually pretty for the most part, allowing me to build process maps that I'm comfortable and confident sending to clients. I also enjoy the collaboration benefits and the general style of Miro. I find it easy to edit complex system processes on the fly, and it has been a huge help in allowing clients to edit and play with flowcharts freely. I really like all of the shapes available, which make it easier to generate initial drafts and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI could be a little bit better as far as building the flowcharts. Decent at this point, but I find it often misses steps or parts of the process that I'm trying to describe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows clients to freely access, edit, and interact with flowcharts without downloads, enhancing collaboration. It has a variety of shapes and supports easy initial drafts from call transcripts.
Unlimited Space and Effortless Mockups Make Miro a Standout Tool
What do you like best about the product?
i like most about Miro is that it offers almost unlimited space for collecting data, notes and other materials. i can build flows, analysess within a single document. additional features such as the ability to create mockups, allow me- as a researcher without figma skills-to easy and quickly turn verbal ideas into hi fi mockups.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like that text lenght limitation in text filed. it forces me to create multiple txt areas, which collaborators can accidentlly move while navigating the board. it should be unlimited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me capture my thoughts and gather data from multiple sources in a single doc. i can easily collect and organize benchmark
Effortless Collaboration with Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so easy to use with a lot of functionality available. The integration with ADO is great, allowing seamless linking and collaboration. It's really easy to create quick process flows or flowcharts and have others contribute, unlike other tools like Microsoft Whiteboard and Visio, which I find quite restrictive in terms of collaboration. With Miro, it's easy to capture feedback around process flows. The integration with ADO is fantastic for tracking work and managing PBIs. I also find it very valuable that Miro presents information visually and in an easily digestible format, especially when showcasing at an executive level. When I first started using it, the setup was very easy. Overall, I haven't found another type of collaboration tool as smooth as Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people just throw stuff into Miro, and over time, it can get quite confusing where information is. I feel like there could be a way to guide people somehow in Miro, which makes it a bit easier in terms of how to structure a Miro board. I do find sometimes with Miro boards, it becomes a bit of a mess, you know, everyone's just thrown things onto the Miro board, and it's really, really difficult to make sense of it all. Also, it's kind of like you don't know what you don't know. I wanna be able to do something in Miro, and I've felt like I don't know how to find that thing in Miro because I don't know what it's called. There need to be more training videos or something that helps showcase the different ways that Miro can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for documenting user journeys, collaborating with stakeholders on potential solutions, and creating process flows. It makes visual presentation easy, especially at an executive level, and seamlessly integrates with ADO to track project features.
