Great collaborative product with lots of different uses
What do you like best about the product?
I have liked using Miro boards for facilitating our brainstorming sessions for a project that we were working on. Rather than using a physical whiteboard it was really helpful to have this displayed virtually on a big screen for our team to see and work with collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see there being much that I disliked about Miro. Perhaps if we can have more boards available in the trial version this might be better, although i have found a way to save previous boards into google drive which is really helpful. It would also be nice if in the trial version you could still make any of your allocated 3 boards private. The pricing structure when i looked into the paid versions also seemed a bit on the high side - so not sure if this is something that may put single users off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving putting together complicated diagrams which otherwise would have been created in something like Visio. I find it definitely more user friendly than Visio and a good tool for rapid development of ideas. It has lots of templates which are really useful and I find you can be really quite creative with the product and create very professional looking pieces of work.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a collaborative nature about Miro but also an excellent way to store and comment on artifacts. The templates that are included are great thought starters and I am now diving into the relevant integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have a basic account with Miro and I struggle with exporting different information as well as copying and pasting from another Miro board. Sometimes I only want to shart a certain part of my board with other users, so security user roles could add some benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to store information, have real time meetings around that information, and show where we are now compared to where we started. It is great to mindmap feedback and follow the journey through the product.

Miro solves the problem of creating a presentation, brainstorming ideas, creating a workflow etc. These things can easily be created inside a whiteboard. It has benefitted me as I was able to put all my things in the whiteboard was able to showcase it to out teammembers.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved in Miro is the file management system. It can get cluttered when working on complex projects, making it a bit challenging to organize and find files quickly.

Miro is revolutionizing the way we collaborate remotely. With its extensive set of visual collaboration tools, we can brainstorm ideas, plan projects, and share information seamlessly. This has significantly enhanced our team's productivity, fostered creativity, and allowed us to effectively overcome geographical barriers.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's standout feature for me is the capacity to visualize complex ideas using mind maps and flowcharts. It's remarkable how such visuals help make the complex simple. Moreover, its harmonious integration with project management tools like Asana and Trello truly augments our strategic planning processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a comprehensive suite of features, this can sometimes prove to be its weakness. The sheer number of options can be overwhelming, particularly for new users, and can obstruct rather than facilitate smooth task execution. This issue occasionally affects our project workflow.

Miro has proved instrumental in simplifying our complex project planning processes. Its ability to clearly visualize workflows and processes has streamlined our operations and mitigated the risk of misunderstanding. My teams don't use Invision much. The team prefers FigJam for similar features plus integration with the Figma prototyping tool. We are dependent on using Mural for working with enterprise clients.
