Intuitive with Great Features, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use with a good UI and drag & drop modules. It's very intuitive, which I enjoy. I also like that I can 'embed' things or make stuff interactive like videos, files, and buttons. This makes it easy for non-Miro users to navigate and take in information in a dynamic visual way, which could have just as easily been a boring word document. The initial setup was very easy; I just went right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing unfortunately. It's a bit too pricey for a small company with low usage, so I use a free version combined with competing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for planning marketing activities, visualizing HubSpot workflows, and data. It helps me in visualizing complexity, making information dynamic and easy to navigate for non-Miro users.
Seamless Collaboration, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is a great tool for creating diagrams and updating our website, providing a clear view of all sections and flows. It allows me to do flow diagrams really easily and supports projects where different types of inputs need to be combined. I appreciate that you can expand the boards in size and content as you progress with a project. The real-time collaboration is super useful. I can work simultaneously with my colleagues on the same board and see everything in real time. I love being able to share the board with both team members and people who do not use Miro so they can also check it out. Also, the initial setup of Miro was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing some integrations with work management tools and I'd like to easily export my boards in different formats. Assigning tasks and integrating with calendars could be improved. We use NextCloud and that does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to create flow diagrams and manage projects with different inputs. I can expand boards as needed, share them with my team for real-time collaboration, and even share with non-users to check it out.
Effortless to Use with Zero Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, no training required. It can be used technically by anyone, even by those who have never used it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so easy to understand what board is visible to whom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to conduct workshops in Miro with larger teams (over 20 people): get the team involved, work on specific topics, add their insights, and then evaluate the results and define next steps.
Seamless Real-Time Collaboration and Intuitive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime editing works seamlessly, allowing everyone to collaborate on the same board without any confusion. The templates are a real time-saver, particularly when it comes to brainstorming or planning projects, and the interface is both clean and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the flexibility of the boards—you can continuously add ideas, notes, and diagrams without ever feeling limited. Overall, it’s a very useful tool for team discussions as well as for organizing your own thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features also feel hidden in the menus, so it takes a few clicks to find what you need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has really helped speed up planning, brainstorming, and explaining concepts more clearly. Overall, it saves time and keeps projects more organized.
Effortless Navigation and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and simple, I am able to invite people to make comments to my board without them needing to have a license.
What do you dislike about the product?
When signing up the free version and sharing with guest, it should be more transparent how many comments a guest user can make,

Easy to make visual diagram, with additional details to present information to others.

Excellent Collaboration and Visualization Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflow mapping tools and the whiteboarding capabilities. They are great for collaboration and visualizing ideas and processes. They are also relatively easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use it for webinar breakout groups more easily. It's clunky and confusing when larger groups of people are trying to interact with the boards.

It gives our remote organization an easy-to-use and accessible way to visualize processes and collaborate as a team.

Diagrams and flowcharts for different user actions.
Effortless Mind Mapping with Intuitive Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create mind maps with Miro and how it's easier for me to just fill things in. It's really helpful because when I was working on a big project that involved multiple mind maps, Miro helped me create those within an hour. The initial setup was very easy, all I had to do was just enter my email. I would give it a 9 because it's easier to use than Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think can be improved is the zoom feature, it's zoomed out very far so it's hard to screenshot it to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me create mind maps quickly, like completing multiple ones for a big project in an hour. It's easy to fill things in, making the process smoother.
Collaborative and Simple, But Template Overwhelm Exists
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its collaborative nature and simplicity. It's fairly easy to set up and I didn't need much time to learn how to use it. I use it for brainstorming individually and with coworkers, and it's great for needing an open shared space for digital coworking, like a corkboard full of post-its.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it is so open it can sometimes be tough to get started. I sometimes look through the templates but get overwhelmed at how to use some of them, or struggle to find one for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an open shared space for digital coworking, like a corkboard full of post-its. I use it for brainstorming individually and with coworkers.
