A great place for reviewing, process, brain explosions and more
What do you like best about the product?
As a remote team, getting everyone in the same room to review something is hard. I love that Miro makes it easy to have space to collaborate on just about anything. We use miro everyday for creative asset review, and I just used it to help prioritize my workflow. I like that it integrates with Teams so it pings me when I get tagged. The templates are great for inspo, and I found it super easy to set up and manage my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates for inspiration. I feel like there's untapped potential from our end, and browsing the templates helps. I haven't found a TON that are relevant but I feel like I could.

Effortless Collaboration and Prototyping with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy to use, and it has become an essential tool for me and everyone I work with. The software is very fast, and I love how quickly everything is movable, especially the sticky notes. This ease and speed of use significantly enhance our collaboration. Miro acts as a base for almost every conversation I have online. It becomes our go-to tool whenever we need to visualize anything, making conversation and planning much more straightforward. The ability to prioritize tasks by moving stickies around helps us to make clearer and better decisions and ensures everyone is on the same page. Additionally, the initial setup felt seamless; I was able to start using it as if I had been familiar with it all along, which made the transition smooth and frustration-free. I use Miro every single day and consider it the one piece of software I wouldn’t want to be without.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to keep my numerous Miro boards organized. With hundreds of boards named once but evolving into something else over time, it becomes difficult to remember which board serves which purpose and to locate the correct link. The similarity in names among many boards further complicates the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me quickly prototype ideas and create concept flows without needing perfect designs, making it easier to explain complex ideas. It accelerates collaboration and aligns decision-making by visualizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
The most flexible, pick-up-and-go online collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly flexible and we can use Miro for literally anything we want to. The UI makes it easy for us to layout the board and adjust our approach accordingly. It's an indispensable tool for me as I work across functions. It is very easy for participants who don't normally use Miro to pickup with the basics, and that is indeed all they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time thinking of any downsides. If anything, Miro is not the right tool for customer journey mapping and management due to the need to line up journeys etc. But then again, I don't expect Miro to be all things to all people. Miro does what it does exceedingly well - collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to cross-functionally collaborate with teams across multiple geographies - there's really no limit at all! I work on user stories, presentation, collation of insights, workshops, everything.
My Favorite Creative and Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro boards daily to organize ideas, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with my colleagues asynchronously. It’s a flexible and dynamic design tool that’s easy to use. Whatever you have in mind, you can bring it to life on a Miro board. The features are amazing, and the platform is constantly innovating—especially with the recent addition of AI capabilities. Miro has become an essential tool for me; I just love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I recommend that Miro continue innovating and improving their features as they currently do. One enhancement I would love to see is the addition of spreadsheet capabilities, allowing me to keep all my project documentation and analysis in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely requires collaborative and real-time tools that enable the team to work asynchronously and enhance our meetings and sessions with visual and structured support. Miro is perfect for this, making it easier to share ideas and stay organized.
Miro is a must have for distributed communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It's like whiteboarding without being in the same room and without having to later digitize what you've done because it's already digital.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always more features that could be added, but there's nothing I currently dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a hybrid model and with distributed teams. Miro is great for ideating and collaborating in this environment where we can rarely get everyone into the same room together.
Intuitive, collaborative whiteboard for brainstorming.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface allows users to easily create and organize ideas using sticky notes, diagrams, and flowcharts. Real-time collaboration ensures that team members can contribute simultaneously, regardless of location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users unfamiliar with digital whiteboards, leading to initial confusion. While Miro offers a free plan, some essential features are only available in the paid versions, which may limit functionality for smaller teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration and brainstorming challenges in product management by providing a visual workspace where teams can gather ideas, create user journey maps, and outline project plans. Its real-time collaboration feature enables remote team members to contribute simultaneously, fostering engagement and alignment.
Excellent Tool for Enabling Quick-Turn Project Engagement and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my go-to tool for orienting ideas and enabling team members around an idea or project. It's easy to use and implement, and the fact that I've never once had to reach out to customer support in over three years of use should say all you need to know. I use it daily across multiple internal and external projects. Team member setup for those unfamiliar with the platform is quick and intuitive, so they can feel empowered in the least amount of time possible. I even have a personal account that keeps me on track for all my home projects and ideas!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see deeper functionality to support UI/UX wireframing. While I have battled with Miro's design features to create prototypes that can sit alongside project ideation, it's clunky and somewhat more time-consuming than Figma or Adobe XD. Also, greater flexibility in creating charts (bar, gauge, bullet charts, etc.) and the ability to manipulate their colors to match other assets created would be another huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a convenient workspace with a low barrier to entry for sharing ideas and collaboration among team members.
Best way to organize thoughts, images, and ideas in a visual online work space.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very user friendly, and is easy to maneuver. I used it as a digital board, so it's nice to be able to upload images and add text, notes, drawings, etc - all in one place. It's like being able to make a powerpoint and mood board all in one. I use it every day for my job, and was able to acclomate quickly into using it. It's super easy to mix in lots of categories and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how much this can be controlled, but due to having so many boards open at a time, it causes delay in opening up other boards to work on. Sometimes the screens go grey and we have to close the app as a whole, likely due to too much going on. That can be annoying - but for the most part it works fast. There are just some processing delays which is understandable when we do a lot of work in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps the solve the issues of multiple ideas being done at one time. As I work in the fashion industry, we are constantly working on more than one season at a time, so Miro helps visually keep us in line for what is needed for each season. It also helps reduce physical boards, as we can make digital ones.
