What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality to move around the board still tricks me up a bit.
This could also be perhaps due to the fact that I am not in the application as much as others

Efficient Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's usability and customization. It allows me to brand any artifact and easily organize data. As a UX designer, these features are valuable because I need to document solutions and ideas quickly. Miro lets me do that easily through their templates, easy-to-use toolbar, stickers, and drawing tools. Also, the templates are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sharing and workplace management was better. Sometimes it just won't add someone, sharing is tricky, and export settings can be frustrating. Better messaging for troubleshooting, easier export settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for remote whiteboarding, brainstorming sessions, and synthesizing research through visual UX artifacts. As a UX designer, it helps me document solutions and ideas quickly with easy-to-use templates, toolbar, stickers, and drawing tools.
Excellent for Collaboration and Decision Making

It's great for collaborative ideas sharing and decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep dragging the wrong elements around too frequently - user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to structure my thinking. I can take a brain dump and have it "on paper" for other people to understand.
Unmatched Collaboration and Creative Freedom
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom of throwing everything you have in mind on a miro board, and then take it from there. The collaborative features are also seamless, I have had chats with my colleague on a Miro board, which is not the intended purpose but still works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, just the exporting feature could be better to support different formats, I had troubles that some formats are not supported by other softwares, so having a wide list of options would be convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to design fully detailed dashboards, before even getting started, and show it to team memebrs and get all feedback, saves a lot of back and forth.
Intuitive, Real-Time Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see what others are doing in real time and to follow their cursor. It is great for our brainstorming meetings where we can see the cards that others are adding, and it allows you to bring new insights into your reasoning. It is very intuitive, and anyone can facilitate meetings using some template Miro board. The initial setup was very easy; I just used it to explore existing boards and frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
When following someone's cursor, sometimes it is a bit difficult to know exactly what they are pointing to. Maybe there could be an improved presentation mode to make the presentation process even more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create timelines, boards, and align our team visually and understandably. It helps define product roadmaps, brainstorm, and design sprints effectively.
Impeccable organization and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to work with remote teams. the features of time, voting, and all that make the work more organized. also, you can make comments and leave notes so that the rest of the team understands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. There is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is remote, so we don't have a physical board where we can debate and share ideas. Miro makes it easy for us. It has features that allow us to collaborate from our corner of the world and feel like we are in front of the same board. I use it a lot to explain things and to be able to draw as if I were in front of people!
Simplified Flowcharting with Intuitive User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes it easy to add blocks and connect them. The wide variety of blocks available with the option to name flow lines makes it more useful for me. It helps to streamline the block or processes, and the initial setup was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that high-resolution export on the free plan is limited. At least PDF should be made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me streamline blocks or processes with ease of adding and connecting blocks.
Effortless Collaboration and Brainstorming Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use and very user-friendly. The real-time collaboration feature is especially helpful for brainstorming sessions with my team. Its flexibility makes it suitable for any type of work. I also appreciate that there is no need for a heavy installation, as it runs directly in the browser.
Teams who do brainstorming, UX flows, workshops, or remote meetings may use it daily.
Others may only open it during planning sessions, retros, or workshops so weekly or monthly.
Implementing Miro is generally very easy and low effort because it’s a browser based platform with a straightforward setup. There’s no complex installation, no heavy system requirements, and users can join instantly through a link.
Miro integrates well with many commonly used productivity, design, and project management tools. Overall, the process is straightforward, but certain integrations may require admin configuration depending on your workspace setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
The software feels heavy and can become laggy, especially when working with large boards.
Documentation and tutorials are strong, but live support options are limited unless you're on higher tiers.
Documentation and tutorials are strong, but live support options are limited unless you're on higher tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One challenge I’ve faced is the difficulty of collaborating visually when working in remote or hybrid teams. Miro addresses this by offering a shared, real-time workspace that allows everyone to brainstorm, organize ideas, and make decisions together, even when we’re not physically in the same location.
Facilitate Collaborative Work with Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the tools that Miro has and the simplicity for organizing things. I also appreciate how easy it is to invite others to a board. It greatly facilitates the workflow and the tools are simple and easy to understand, making working feel natural without the need to study how to use the software. This makes it valuable because anyone can use it easily. Additionally, I find that from the beginning it has been easy to use, with a perfectly intuitive initial process, without any inconveniences or doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes it can be a bit slow. And it gets stuck quite a bit. Besides, there are problems when you share a wall, but sometimes the invitations don't arrive well or there is a problem for other users to join. They are exceptions, but it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve organizational problems and manage graphics for some issues. It facilitates sharing ideas and pointing out changes in projects, as well as improving workflow with simple and easy-to-understand tools.

The licensing part is not that simple.
