The does-everything tool for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
As a digital product manager, I use Miro every day. From wireframing designs, to brainstorming ideas, to prioritizing roadmap items, Miro is the place where I go to get work done. It's incredibly easy to learn and intuitive, and teams across the entire organization have implemented it in their own business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always easy to share boards with colleagues who aren't registered as teammates in Miro. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get them the right access level to be able to fully collaborate, leave comments, and edit in the Miro. I also find the integration with Microsoft Teams to be lackluster, I prefer accessing the web-based experience in my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the work I do is strategic, conceptual, and requires visualization to help others on my team understand and collaborate on projects. Miro makes it easy to share information and ideas with teammates, collaborate effectively, and move faster through ideation and planning processes.
Why isn't everyone using Miro?
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect tool for anyone needing an easy to use scalable platform for developing any kind of diagrammatic document. I have been using this for Customer Journey flows in CRM and it is unrivalled in it's flexibility and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration features with other platforms and probably some enhancements to the presentation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to flexibily develop and iterate large-scale diagrams for Customer Journeys in CRM. Very powerful features even on the free version.
Best Presentation/Team Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has the been the best tool to communicate about teammates and stakeholders and what is needed. Can use it during client integration too with it's intutiveness and already available templates makes it very easy to convey the message using the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The costing though i feel has gone up and there must be some different pricing when we consider the idividual users who might use it for their freelance or own use. Sharing across to view only sometimes doesn't work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using 2-3 tools for conveying a message among your teammates and not required to create the templates from scratch and instead use the avaialble template makes it easy to use the tool
Hands down the most transparent mind/idea to document/board tool available
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is an infinite board means you can keep adding to your idea without having to think about saving or making another board or page. The way you can have a meeting with multiple people and you can all collaborate in real time. We do our sprint planning on it connected to Jira and it is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to add a few scripts to automate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to plan for large and small features and epics.
It's the perfect place to combine ideas, references and screengrabs to help to form an idea of where you are and where you want to get to.

Amazing experience. Couldn't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro can completely transform the way that a company operates. Without it we wouldn't be able to visualize and publicise any process of ours. An amazing tool for every company of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could enhance more its existing functionalities and include more advanced AI tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaborative tool, project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro in various ways, my favorite part is that I can collaborate in real time with remote teams. I can keep track of my projects and store relevant data giving me the chance to have a holistic overview in my projects. And lastly I can communicate to my team or other colleagues my workflow, project progress, findings, challenges etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
can be challenging to keep track of comments or changes in a collaborative board.

The Swiss Army Knife for Business Coaching and Consulting
What do you like best about the product?
For me Miro is the instrument I use for coaching clients, getting a shared picture of situations and getting work done. You can either use one of the many templates of Miro or from Miroverse or start from scratch. The thing I like best about Miro is that it's intuitive and has unlimited possibilities.
I use Miro on a daily base.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can hardly think of anything I don't like about Miro. The only thing I can think of is that some people (mistakenly) think Miro is another hard to use program. So sometimes these people are difficult to collaborate with. But, can you blame Miro for that or the assumptions...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business processes become more transparent, making it easier to discuss and improve them. Collaboration and task assignment help ensure that things get done efficiently. The availability of various templates supports creative thinking. Additionally, it assists coachees in organizing and structuring their work.
I love Miro, its a brilliant tool, its does everything and more.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and brilliant for collaborating with anyone. It does a lot more than a whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little fiddly to do some things, but it's still brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives everyone in the team the power to contribute in everything we do. I also love the JIRA intergration
Finally something this post-it gal can get around
What do you like best about the product?
As a creative blessed with an ADHD brain, I cannot deal with most of the project management tools that are out there. Once it becomes digital, I generally forget it exists. But this has changed things for me.
I now use this to keep my students on track, using a similar framework to the post it approach I have IRL. I've used it to collaborate with other service providers and map out flows. It's become a staple of the way I do business now and I am so happy I found Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
The restriction of three boards kinda sucks but I get it. I also think there's a little confusion on how many people are on a plan, as I use this as a teaching tool and outside the classes I teach, I don't know whether having people as users makes sense that I am then paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to coach across the internet in the same methods and ways I teach in real life. I have a whiteboard and a post it system, but being able to facilitate this for my students in real time and digitally has changed the game for me.
