Essential tool for work
What do you like best about the product?
There are many options and use cases, allowing for easy visualization and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
The web version is too heavy, so it's better to avoid it and use the app instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great tool to visualize customer journeys and build workflows
Transformed virtual working and workship participation
What do you like best about the product?
Brings everyone together virtually in an easy to use environment. Everyone can easily share their ideas and thoughts without taking a lot of time. Decisions are also more transparent and easier to follow. Can't do a workshop or virtual event without it anymore!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a few more tips and tricks to do the basics better. And I would love 5 things everyone needs to know to get started so I could easily share this with my colleauges being brought into a miro meeting for 1 time. I also really don't like the sharing of a Miro board...I always have to tell people to NOT create an account and if they do they 'secretly' become a member on my board and then I have to delete them. This isn't a great process especialyl if you want people to easily participate. I also wish there were some pricing plans that allowed use for a month at time at a reasonable cost for small businesses/individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming ideas. Helping to bring everone's thoughts together. better faster decisions and transparency
An incredibly versatile, powerful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration and design thinking seamless and immersive. Whether I am planning for user research or co-creating solutions with stakeholders, the endless opportunities for creativity on the canvas make it a foundational part of my workflow as a product manager. In addition, its AI-powered features and app integrations (e.g., Jira) further streamline my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its host of benefits, Miro still has its limitations. Its export feature could certainly be improved, as I do not have control over which frames can be selected as well the order in which they are presented in a PDF document. Also, I've experienced issues when sharing the board with stakeholders who do not have a Miro account. This may be a result of operating on the free version, however. Perhaps this will be mitigated once my organization completes the process of moving to the Enterprise plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me understand user and stakeholder requirements through workshops, plan and refine my product strategy, create deliverables such as journey maps and roadmaps, analyze user research, hold retrospectives and much more. It is absolutely essential to my role both as a product manager and digital evangelist on my team. Also, its ease of use has implicitly empowered my stakeholders and broadened their understanding of agile methodologies and user-centred design principles.
Easiest canvas for information creation

Multiple toolsets and ability to easily create informational presentations. Ability to use as a great workspace for idea generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization of workspaces, some features copied from other software doesn't update when changed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration on Product Management and ability to create presentation quality items with multiple toolsets.
My primary ideation & concept development tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a PM who works on projects that are either in development or R&D stages, Miro allows me to quickly organize ideas, concepts, or key areas of improvements.
I love its versatility; wheter I need to create a mood boards, roadmaps, or UX flows, I can do everything in one place. This is excellent for rapid iteration & sharing.
It's a tool that I use on a daily basis, and would recommend to anyone working in design or tech.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the templates, I typically prefer making my own; they're great starting points, but they can be a little clunky to manipulate & bend to ones liking.
There are also some minor UX issues (control schemes) that can bother users who utilise the tool on a daily basis.
There are also some minor UX issues (control schemes) that can bother users who utilise the tool on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problems Miro is solves is: what are we designing? And are we all aware of what it is we're designing?
Easy to use and great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaborating easy by showing what other users are doing while you are working, coupled with its ease of use makes the team more effective. The large number of templates makes getting a board setup quick. The supported integration with JIRA and Confluence makes it easy to reference work items and publish the board to a wider audience. The diagram support is used daily to share information about architecture with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around the board takes some getting used to, and it is easy to accidentally move objects while trying to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the problem of sharing architecture diagrams with different audiences across different platforms. The integrations with Confluence and JIRA allow the diagrams to be shared in design documents, as well as reference work items. It also helps with project planning and design reviews by allowing multiple users to see and update the contents of the board.

The indispensable place for online collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
This is the easiest platform you'll ever find if you're looking for an online creative canvas onwhich to develop, design and test ideas. It's intuitive; it's fun; and it is constantly evolving.
The AI apps that are available make work analysis and creation so much faster. The planning apps mean work can quickly be mapped out and shared with clients. The voting capability makes it a perfect place for testing ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike about the platform. Other than a few short-sighted organisations placing it beyond the firewall, it's brilliant. And event for client that do that, when I share Miro boards via Zoom and Teams, they are blown away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative working is key to everything we do. And working in an agile fashion, carving work packages up into simple steps that can be completed with the client. All this can be done so well on Miro.
