Miro has boosted our development speed
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple understandin interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't use different font size at the same component. Withou it you need to find other methods to make accents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to describe task for developers through understandable way. I describe feature businnes logic and technical requirements for backend developers in easy way. So it orevents from misunderstanding and many errors in code logic. And I can easily modify task decription anytime when we need to improve the feature.

What I like the most about miro is that we can draw in an infinite board. Along with the tools of miro, I can develop a strategic point of view by looking to the big picture

I think that miro could have more templates or an AI to understand the standard use of its users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have a tool for collaborative work that allows us to do the mind mapping in processess as miro does. Thats an inovative tool that, for me, doesnt have competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
As I lead many dynamics for kaizen, A3, design thinking, etc... Miro helps me a lot to do my job since 2020.
Some points I highlight:
- ease of use, even for those who don't know the solution
- voting feature is very useful
- possibility of creating templates is excellent
In short, Miro is certainly one of the solutions that most supports the execution of my activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I had a problem with in the past was the slow performance in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, 80% of our team is working remotely or Hybrid. At least 50% are in other cities.
In this context, Miro helps us hold events that would be very challenging and costly if we had to do them in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro stands out as a collaborative powerhouse. Its intuitive, flexible interface makes brainstorming, planning, and teamwork feel seamless, no matter where your team is located. I love how easy it is to visualize ideas with sticky notes, diagrams, and templates that keep everything organized. The real-time collaboration features, like instant updates and live cursors, make remote sessions engaging and productive. Plus, the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive streamline workflows beautifully. Whether it’s mapping out strategies, ideating new concepts, or aligning on goals, Miro creates an inclusive and creative space for every team member to contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! It can sometimes be a little buggy when I'm collaborating with other people, but oter than that all good!

Collaborative whiteboard remotely. Other platforms don't weigh up against miro for this!
The program is very easy to use, and is great for workshops. It is presentable and looks good.

The post it note system facilitates multuser input on topic discussions and the voting system is fanstic.

Can be difficult to extract the information from Miro into Excel format.

It allows us to hold workshops virtually as well as internal mapping workshops for analysis of problems and solutions.

Provides unlimited space for brainstorming, planning, and visualizing complex ideas.

Boards can become overwhelming and disorganized, especially during large-scale collaborations.

Easy to use and build from templates. Helps with brainstorming and min-mapping new concepts.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool for team Collaboration as it helps you collaborate effectively in a remote and cross-functional team space. The best part is the customisation provided for each of the business usecases that it helps. I especially use it for designs, flowcharts, retrospectives and project kickoff work.

Miro can be improved on access pov as it takes time to get access.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is comically easy to use. I have run huge numbers of workshops and async collaborations with all types of users and never had to explain the basics. It's so simple to create new boards and begin sketching ideas that I use it every day for note taking and personal brainstorming. it really couldn't be easier.
The integrations with other products (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Google docs) are trivial and really amplify the value Miro brings.

What do you dislike about the product?
The folder / space / project structure is quite confusing. So is the sharing permission. It's not always obvious who has permissions to what. I also wish the search across and within boards was better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and institutional knowledge. In a startup, it is a constant challenge to capture and maintian insigths and decisions in a consistent way. Miro allows us to do that.

Miro Makes my Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It Makes my Project Management Work Look easier. It is easy implement and has a number of features

Its not very user friendly. Its only that it is not so easy to navigate

Makes bigger tasks look smaller. Planning is easier with MIRO
I use this for everything.

Miro is super easy to use and has so much functionality. While I use it daily for work, I recently started using it to collaborate with students in my Masters class and it has become an integral part of how we work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features that can initially be intimidating if you are using it for the first time. I probably still don't know how to use everything, but I love that I can learn something new each time!

Miro is helping me collaborate with others and see a visual representation of the work that I do. I love it!
