What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the whiteboards or to use pre populated or customized templates. It's relatively straightforward to design something from scratch that meets our needs internally and with our clients.
The software is fairly easy to use with groups who are not familiar with virtual whiteboarding software. Once they get the hang of it, it's a fantastic collaboration tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The infinite whiteboard area can be daunting for certain groups, but I tend to split some work into multiple boards to keep things tidy. It can be a bit clunky when boards are unlocked as random things can be accidentally moved around (especially with new/unfamiliar participants). While there is an option to lock the boards, it can sometimes be challenging to unlock them or move around certain elements in a timely fashion. This could be user error, but it's just one element of the software that's a bit less user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for group workshops that require collaborative whiteboarding to map out processes, projects or ideas with teams.

It's colourful, easy to use, and you can manipulate everything to do whatever you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing where to start - decision paralysis is a thing - though some of the templates offered help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to get all my ideas about something down and link them together in a multitude of ways. I'm able to consider a variety of perspectives when putting together plans and weave together multiple strands of thinking visually.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to understand it and get used to it, but once that's done, is the best tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the best option for creating Customer Journey mapping, the possibility of making changes makes so easily makes the process very simple and it allows me to see the bigger picture of the project, I am a very visual person so I find Miro a tool to make things easy to understand.
