Using Miro for over 8 years
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me all the tools needed to effectively teach my subject, economics, online to students. Not only that, but I've also put together study/revision notes that students can study from. In addition, it also has Talktracks, a video form review of boards, which I'm using to provide video explanations for the revision notes to make my students understand concepts even better. I also love that I can paste in links, PPTs, pdfs, youtube videos etc. into the boards, further increasing the efficiency of the learning environment for my students. But there is still more: most recently, Miro has been updated with calling features, so I can use it to deliver my live tutoring lessons within Miro without the need for using other software. It also has numnerous integrations, I can embed boards on my website, plus I can also automatically share relevant boards with my leads with the use of API. As far as I remember, I've been using it since 2015 on a daily basis as this is the platform where I'm delivering my service as an online tutor. Support is also available and relatively quick to respond and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have thousands of objects in a board (literally) as I do, then it might get a little slow, especially when these are documents (e.g. pictures, pdfs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the platform on which I'm tutoring my online students. I have prepared all the materials in separate boards covering the syllabus that I'm teaching (IB Economics) and when I have a new students, I'm sharing with them a new board to work with into which I can copy/paste the needed study materials in a matter of seconds. This makes online tutoring extremely efficient.
Miro has changed my way of working
What do you like best about the product?
I think the main upside to Miro is how easy it is to create a clear and visually appealing shared overview. This enables me and my colleague to have one space where all our information is shared without having an overload of information all at once (thanks to comments, mentions, etc.). I use Miro everyday as a project tracker, day-to-day to-do list maker and to create moodboards. It's versatility makes it useful for different roles and create a middle ground between Creative and Analytical roles in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see is that I cannot yet automate my actions on Miro to have an impact on my Smartsheet trackers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is creating one space where me and colleagues of all different positions can meet and share information. It avoids an over use of emails or teams and provide clear information to everyone the board is shared to.
It also solved my issue of compiling a lot of inspiration pictures but never being able to find them back on sharepoint. With it, I now have an interactive moodboard available at all times.

A unique tool for collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the sticky notes are readable and adapt as you write. I also love how easy it is to share with other creators and collaborate. It's quick to set up and get started. I use Miro nearly every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't experienced many cons with the product. So far it seems it operates very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to have a live productivity session for our group. I've tried other tools, but this one seems to be the best for our needs so far.
The Best Planning vector boards
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro all the time and am highly in lovewith its user firendly UI and modern design that has not troubles to learn and start using right away.
The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, allowing my team to collaborate without any learning curve. Smooth operation even with large, complex boards and minimal lag working together!
Miro has significantly improved our teamwork and workflow! <3

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime if I leave my miro board open for a few hours :D it is lagging and requires restart. When Miro looses connection it does not recognise it quickly and some of the work could be lost due to this. This happened to me a couple of times during the year but not lately.
I am not utilisign many of the menu items but the common ones are my day-to-day companions!

Tracking my work
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for tracking our work, and it will also help us collaborate with colleagues and make necessary changes very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we export the diagram, the quality will be lower than in other tools, but otherwise, all the features will be good, no doubt in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful in terms of preparing diagram and helps us to collaborate on whiteboard even though employees are in remote work. All the inbuild templates are amazing and this helps us to finish the work faster.
Can feel the difference here
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Ux designer, and there are lot of practices we do in terms of research, benchmarking, documentations etc. I always felt that i'm more into figma and nothing can replace it, but the day I started doing the Research, benchmarking and analysis on MIRO, it changes the picture differently. I had an amazing ease and found out that there are so many feature which are so useful. The frequency of using MIRO suddenly increased. And i love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I somethimes found the zoom in zoom out functionality little different and not ease of implementation. Not sure if i'm doing something wrong or whats the reason. But other than that i don't have any feedback for improvement. Keep doing the good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my design initial thoughts as a UX designer and researcher. There are bundle of tasks I do when i start a new design problem, from doing becnhmarking, mind mapping, data seggregation, data analysis etc

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of collaboration and robust tool set
What do you dislike about the product?
File size limits for imported documents and images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that Miro solves is that different disciplines have their default apps and toolsets that are not typically share across the areas of expertise. Teams that typically use decks and designers who use Figma and Adobe suite all find common ground with Miro and are equally adept at using it.
I use Miro for my college digital sketchbook and it’s so easy and simple, love it

Miro is so easy to use and provides plenty of tools and templates to help with whatever you are wanting to do.

Only one thing, I wish there was an option for the eraser tool to be like it is now or to just erase the area of the pen if that makes sense

Miro - the best way to collaborate in a remote business world
What do you like best about the product?
When our company was forced to homeoffice (because of Covid) we started to look for a tool to support our scrum events as well as other workshops. We came over Miro and instantly knew, that we founnd what we are looking for:
An easy to use tool for every kind of meeting (altough it is so much more).
As a scrum master I got the task to get used to it and instruct other employees how to do best.
But, I had not much work because mostly everyone used it with ease and a lot of us use it very frequently.
What I love most: There is a lot of support and help in the documentation, It has a lot of integrations ie Jira, there are tons of inspiration in the Miroverse and it is developing new features very often for example AI and cool widgets.

To be honest nothing. Sometimes menu items move and have to be found again, but that are first world problems
