Great platform to improve collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro because my team has fun using it for the first time. When I bring new people into the platform to collaborate for the first time, they all really get into and enjoy the process. We all see a lot of value from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't see any. Maybe paying for it? :) It's certainly worth paying for it but I can't think of anything I don't enjoy about the platform. Maybe they could add an "import from Mural" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a central place to get ideas out of my head and into a work space. Docs won't do it. Spreadsheets can't do it. I do a lot in Figma but it's not really a platform built for this, though they have come forward a bit.
So, Miro helps me organize my thoughts and easily share them.

Intuitive Virtual Wall after a little practice
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that multiple people can seamlessly collaborate in the same space. while microsoft products technically can do this, it's very glitchy and we often lose work with versions. No issues with miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
miro is not immediately intuitive, but using it comes more easily with practice.
working in a creative agency, we often use high rez images and that can slow down load time for individual boards, forcing us to sometimes split related projects into separate boards.

Miro is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps visualize processes and ideas. The AI is also useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI function sometimes will not work if there's a lot of steps in the process. Also, not a lot of options for subcategories

SOP visualization
Miro does pretty much everything and make it so easy to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It offers such a simple and intuitive UI that makes it really easy to use when I need to create a visual reference for myself or my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is so flexible that we don't realize how well it performs tasks that other products are hyperfocused on. I wished it had more dedicated spaces for common tasks that could offer a more guidance and guardrails than I've seen in templates so that it becomes more of an all in one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easier to collaborate with my co-workers as we're all remote, clearly see things on the board and store the contents for follow-up. This saves me so much time and effort from trying to handles these issues manually.
Love Miro!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's been so helpful for project planning with my team. Miro makes it easy to get everyone on the same page. Additionally, it's fantastic for brainstorming with a large group. Huge fan of Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates could be a lot better, it's been years and the templates are still the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning, brainstorming, website design, ad design
Revolutionized the way I do team planning
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it's a freeform solution -- I can use it whether trying to engage a group of stakeholders remotely or if I'm just trying to organize my own thoughts digitally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to build from scratch. The templates are helpful, but sometimes overwhelming and overcomplicated for what I need. And I find building from a blank canvas is not as intuitive in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the advancement of remote and hybrid work, Miro provides a nice alternative to a physical whiteboard.
