What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to make schematic engineering diagrams, as well as flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike per se. But I think something good that could be included is having the option to directly translate a total work outline using AI, maintaining the same format and font.

The option you have to eliminate the background of the images is quite good, it speeds up my work a lot.

The Best tool for Event Storming, retrospective and ideas prototyping
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool for collaborative editing of product ideas. It integrates perfectly with Jira, Confluence, Figma. Miro has many tools that you can use in meetings with colleagues, such as a timer, dice roll, slideshows, polls, planner boards, etc. In our company, we use Miro every day. Simply because it is easy to use. With Miro, you can quickly and easily sketch out ideas and then work with your team to put them into a readable and visual form. The service is so convenient and reliable that we have never contacted customer support during the entire year and a half of working with this tool in our company.

and some time ago the desktop client consumed a lot of computer resources, but now it seems the problem has been solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing that Miro allows us to do is to conduct Event Storming sessions, which allow us to quickly, efficiently and effectively develop our product without missing any details from the stage of business requirements analysis to the stage of technical implementation. We also use Miro integrated with a task tracker for sprint planning.
Miro is extremely useful for Experimentation and Product professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to play with ideas freely. I use it for a myriad of reasons, including research, ideation of new concepts, prioritisation of experiments, designing wireframes and creating workshops for clients.
It's quite simple to grasp how to use it and with time it became an essential part of my day to day, especially once I started having bigger responsibilities in my company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad app is not as seemless as I'd like — using the desktop and ipad version at the same time is great, but the pencil feature is still not as good as Goodnotes or Notability, so Miro is not my preferred software for notetaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves my need for a simple but effective way to put my ideas on "paper".
Often at work, I need to take ideas out of my mind and put them in a trustworthy place where I won't lose it and be able to share it with my colleagues for feedback. It's a digital blank page with many resources to start any project.

Very powerful to bring your projects to life

Miro help us overcover the design shortcoming of Visio when diagramming. The export to PDF function allowed us to store and share our designs in any system of record required.
Miro offers "endless" canvas for ideas, models, text and content!
What do you like best about the product?
The "endless" canvas gives high flexibility to combine different content-types - The ability to use structured models (previously used in Visio), with text (word) and visual content (often PowerPoint) in one and same view, gives me a solid feeling of high business value!

So working virtually with collagues is vastly more efficient with Miro, then whitout.
