Seamlessly Integrates with My Workflow

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a senior software engineer for creating both technical and user-friendly diagrams, thanks to its nice interface that integrates these tasks. I also love the infinite board and its collaborative nature, allowing people to log in and out at their leisure, making it a smooth asynchronous process. Miro's smart snapping feature is probably the best for aligning different elements, making everything look more professional with less effort. The software also offers a lot of good templates, shapes, and a generous free account offering. I find the interface much better than what I used before, with smoother controls and easier access for non-technical users. Setting it up was practically one-click.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough shapes provided in the free account. I also think it is too geared towards teams. They should put more time into the "individual user" type of experience. 99% of my time on Miro is spent working alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me create technical and user-friendly diagrams in one interface and supports collaborative work with its flexible, infinite board. Its smart snapping feature aligns elements neatly, making my work look professional with less effort.

Enhanced Visualization and Ease of Use with Miro

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for product analytics, user flow creation, and journey creation. I like that they have project templates and workspace templates, which are really helpful. I also use Miro's AI solution for documenting our user journeys and updating some flows using the AI capabilities. It was very easy to set up Miro for our company because we had direct templates to use. We just signed up, and it was easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the framing feature could be improved so we can use frames more in the boards. Also, the board-to-board communication is a problem. I want to access any board from another board and link different parts together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the visualization part for me, helping with user flow creation, user journey creation, screen analysis, and benchmark analysis. It uses templates and AI solutions for documenting and updating user journeys, making it easier to manage product tasks.

Effortless Collaboration, But Table Tools Need Work

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating system diagrams, workflows, and collaborative exercises during workshops. I appreciate that it solves the problem of versioning diagrams since everyone can always see the latest version and collaborate in real-time. I like that Miro is easy to use and has a lot of elements, shapes, and entities already defined, so I don't have to create them myself. It makes it quicker to create system diagrams since I don’t have to create entities from scratch. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table entities could be more flexible. They could be easier to create, for example, by being able to select the exact grid size upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves versioning issues, allowing everyone to see the latest diagrams and collaborate in real time. Creating system diagrams is quicker with pre-defined elements, and it's easy to use.

Infinite Canvas and Seamless Collaboration

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the speed at which I can put a board together with Miro. It seems like they've thought hard about the UI, making it easier to move content around compared to PowerPoint. The interactivity is great, and the feature that allows infinite zoom in and out is fantastic. I can make the board as large as I need and keep adding content, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall whether Miro shows a map of the whole board. If not, that would be helpful to know where different parts are, especially when I'm zoomed in. Also, an indicator at the edges of the screen to show if there's additional content beyond the view, like an arrow, would be helpful. Sometimes, I can't find certain content someone is referring to, and they have to guide me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our workflow, combining different processes on one board. It enhances collaboration with its infinite-sized board, allowing easy addition of PowerPoint slides, flowcharts, and sticky notes, which accelerates teamwork compared to PowerPoint and flowchart tools.

Empowers Team Collaboration with Intuitive Design

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Miro's UX, which is fantastic because, as a product manager and not a designer, it allows me to create wireframes with very clear UX guidelines easily. I also love the collaboration aspect among our team members, enabling smooth communication and alignment between different backgrounds like product, engineering, and business. Additionally, I find it really easy to create presentations from wireframes and diagrams directly within Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the AI sidekick could be improved, but I understand it's only at the beginning. I also need more experience in how to use it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create clear requirements through wireframes and UML diagrams, enhancing team collaboration and communication across product, engineering, and business roles. It aligns our team's diverse backgrounds and simplifies presentation creation.

Seamless Collaboration and Intuitive Online Meetings

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the collaboration options it opens up with online meetings. It works seamlessly. It's intuitive and easy to start for all levels of ability
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving around the Miro board can be tricky of you have lots of material there. Exporting Miro as pdf or CSV is not very useful, I want it as a word document option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company relies on Microsoft Teams, but I find that Miro offers a much better experience for interactive collaboration. Its features are more intuitive, easier to use, and overall more effective. We use Miro in conjunction with Teams, which helps us run more productive meetings and enables everyone to contribute their best.

Revolutionized Our Team Collaboration

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for structuring technical design within our team, and I appreciate how it allows me to use their boards for documentation and flow charts. I find Miro gives an easy team and organization experience, showing others documentation while being easy to use. What I like most is the team aspect, where we can get together, add, and follow along while sharing. I'm particularly fond of the team organization tools and diagramming features. Miro’s ease of use within our organization is a big plus since we can store documentation there for anyone to access. It enhances my work because I can explore other teams' boards in our organization and understand what's happening with their design or flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps a dark mode, everything is pretty good otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team technical design, documentation, and flow charts. It provides an easy team organization experience across the org, allowing access to shared boards for enhanced visibility and understanding of design flows.
