Fantastic, intuitive, collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, moving pieces, iPad writing responsivness, Integration with Google Docs, Share w/ non-miro users

Sometimes folks are asked to make an account to collaborate, others' arent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us combine a lot of information, iterate and include lots of document references in one place
An extensive tool that allows me to collaborate and organize my research and workshops.
What do you like best about the product?
All the different templates and tools to help me be successful in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for users who do not have a full account to be able to still access the boards to collaborate or view information. Most users have it that I work with on a daily but it does become an issue when I need to add in users who do not have full account and then I have to find alternate ways for them to be able to collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize and collaborate with teammates. I use it a lot to organize my thoughts after a usability study as I am able to take quick notes within the tool and then sort or provide intel. I like how it ties into other tools I use as well like Figma and PDFs. I also like using it for workshops with all the different templates offered I am able to choose a template and then customize it to my needs. It super beneficial to do the copy from an excel file and then it pastes as notes! Love that feature!

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best is that it is very visual and easy to use, what facilitates collaboration between different profiles and enables a fluent conversation between stakeholders. It is a good allie in helping teams in being specific and tangible, for me it is essential for guiding any type of design thinking workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must block the layers that don't need to be moved, as there are going to be several people using the board and there would be some layer moved by mistake. Also as it is so flexible, boards can become messy and people can get lost in the various artboards of a Miro Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is our main enabler for collaborative thinking while we are remote
Platform for organization, simple and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of organizing my ideas on boards. This greatly facilitates the daily life of those who use it. It is meant to be a daily use platform, in my case, I use it to keep my CRM cadence organized and simplified, so every time I have a question, I just go to the workflow and check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good to have a clearer step-by-step guide when we create the platform, as I had to learn to use it "on my own" and didn't have a very clear explanation of the platform. Especially since it's a PLG platform, ideally, there should be explanatory videos for each feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of clear and intuitive visualization, which was a significant difficulty when it comes to sales executives, and we managed to organize a clear and objective cadence, making the process more organized and facilitated.

I love the simple user interface and the ready to use templates also with the new AI capability it will definitely improve collaboration across the entire company

in all fairness i don't really see any flaws

Being able to have a virtual whiteboard where colleagues can join on and offline is really a powerfull way to foster collaboration across the entire business

nothing at this moment in time. All its functions are very easy to use and understand

It helos me mindmap my AI agent workflows. it makes it way essier for me to understand how the backend of my agend developement process will look like.
Structured and extensible ways for getting team thinking
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and structured ways of using frames to collect ideas from many people. You can always extend the discussion with new frames and connect the frames and notes and put things into a mind map while keeping original contents in your notes. You can also have AI to summarize the contents selected or in the frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it consumes a lot of memory while running on some browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping organize discussion topics for my online course to support structured discussions based on online course materials.

With a large number of frames, sometimes too slow.

Intuitive, feature-rich and constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is probably the most intuitive piece of software I've used in my career. Almost anything I think I want to do is usually a click away. Miro solves all the forever frustrations we've become accustomed to by allowing super easy alignment of objects, resizing, transforming object types and shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The freeform scale of objects makes it too easy to have disproportionately sized objects and create massive boards that take a lot of memory. Would be great to have an obvious scale/size measure and perhaps warnings to mitigate this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an "always on" "always there" whiteboard allows collaborators to engage when inspiration strikes. The reliable platform means absolutely minimal delays in getting meetings rolling, removing the technology burden that is so common with other platforms and technologies.
