- great tool to prepare and roll out workshops with customers

- great tool to prepare and roll out workshops with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that would be great is a more intuitive way to share a board with a non-member of the team, eg. for workshop preparations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are working on many new processes. Miro is a great help here, as we have templates we can use, and review processes together with the team before finalising them
- Customer workshops are a new area we are working on. Miro is our go-to-tool to prepare the workshops and then work on topics during the workshops together with customers.

I tested a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables a good Workflow using PC and iPad with the Pen as well. Its quite easy to use and I can collaborate with my clients live. What I really love is the possibility to link to office documents with more information and the talktrack for explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more common icons in the libary. For example for marketing: Google, Meta ... Icons. The drawining tools (eencils) are not made for creative people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for planning funnels and visualize workflows/ structures.
Private Museum exhibition project
What do you like best about the product?
We are currently working on a project which team members, are from very different disciplines: ( historians, architects, Tech guys, graphic designers). And we are not phisically in the same area or in the same country. Miro help us to graphically show our ideas, research findings, sketchs, and organize better the info. It helps to access the info at anytime, anyplace.
Most of our team members use Miro every day, and its our first reference at start any task. And, when someone new integrates to the team, Miro allows us to make the onboarding easy, as its easy to show them all our boards.
What I like a lot too, its how easy was to implement it for all of us. Ans its easy too to make a cross-over between some other tools or apps we use. (PDF, project, Photoshop etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
As an architect myself, I have not found a "free hand skecth" tool. which could been very usefull as sometimes I try to shoy paths, draw a quick idea, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
have everything in one place, that grahically shows the path we are following.
Very versatile software for working in a team in a very visual way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can work as a team in real time, and that is one of the advantages. I like the amount of materials and visual resources available, as well as the fact that it is very easy to use. It is my first reference when it comes to making schedules or plans, which is why I use it a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the only disadvantage I have found is that in the free plan they only allow you to create 3 boards or projects, that is their limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't understand this question.
Great product for ideation and synthesis
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use and to share with colleagues for ideation and analysis sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to use if you want to use it as a source of truth for projects. Keeping informations organized is hard.

Collaborative visual thinking
its really easy to share, discuss and collaborate on Miro boards

It keeps versions and makes meetings and discussion more effective and motivate sharing ideas between team members
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really yet, just the default cursor selected and need to select the hand cursor to be able to drag and move the whole board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the gathering of the team ideas and comments in easy to look diagrams
The most useful tool we use to plan our work

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a very easy to use, very productive tool for team collaboration and routine work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No any issue so far. I always like to use Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is sloving the problem of collaboration and communication. It is beneficial for our team and individual everyday.
Miro is an ideal tool to conduct design work with non-designer colleagues and clients
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for complex visualisations while being so easy to use that it can be learned on the spot, which is very useful in client work
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets slow when I put many documents on it, which I often have to do for research purposes. And while I love the new AI features (especially text-to-notes and automated translation), the summary and clustering function makes many mistakes and produces pretty banal results that AIs like claude or chat GPT would not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I typically use more involved tools like Figma, but those are difficult to collaborate in with our clients, since they often don't have access to the tool and it has a steeper learning curve. Miro is easy to learn and probably cheaper, so that our clients use it too and often already know it. If Figma is the equivalent of an architect with many years of experience, then Miro is Lego. It produces similar, if less refined results, and it's childishly easy. What's more, the continuous improvement and features added keep me coming back to Miro, rather than competitors like Mural, because Miro is always several steps ahead in the UX
