What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Miro solves the problem of lack of collaboration and lack of visual thinking in product management. As a product manager, I need to align with different stakeholders - Business users, UI Designers, engineers, Miro provides a great canvas to organise the ideas, map out the workflows, diagrams and run structured workshops
Miro is great and I am promoting to my colleagues and students

Miro is a great tool both in my business and for University, The live interaction and high amount of documents that can be shared make it an amazing platform for teams that are working from remote. We often use it during meetings and it is super easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
MIRO has quickly become an indispensable tool in my professional toolkit. I rely on it every month to map workflows, build out structured processes, and create polished, client-ready documentation.
There are plenty of workflow mapping tools out there, but what sets MIRO apart is how intuitive and flexible it is. Whether I’m using one of their well-designed templates or building something entirely from scratch, the platform makes it incredibly easy to visualize and structure even the most complex workflows.
This isn’t just a personal productivity tool for me—it’s one I’ve consistently recommended to Compliance and IT teams as well. MIRO has proven to be extremely effective in helping teams document client onboarding processes, iterate on client-facing materials, and clearly explain evolving procedures.
If you’re looking for a visual collaboration tool that can keep up with the demands of cross-functional documentation and workflow clarity, MIRO is absolutely worth exploring.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that at times the process of building workflows can be a little quirky/clunky. But it is stil by far the easiest and best tool I've found for anything from sales engineering to capacity planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited color palettes for sticky notes make it difficult to coordinate sometimes (my team specifically uses it to color code each member)

RP LOVES MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
At RevPartners, we use Miro for everying. One of our operating principles is "draw it out" - we always say that any problem that needs to be solved should start with us drawing or mapping it out. By visualizing the problem, you can often find the root cause and then create clarity on how to solve it.
Miro helps us do that with both our internal processes and our customers. It's easy to use, quick to learn, and easy to share! Love the templates that are available and how easy it is to customize or brand the boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think I have any qualms about Miro!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us map in live time - whether for our own internal processes or for our customers. It's like being in an office with a big white board, but we're all virtual.
The best tool for every student and marketer
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to make everything organized and it's very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it loses connection and deletes the last element I was working on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to take notes and allows me to keep every important information in one place
A must have on SW engineering daily tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
A like how easy it makes to me collaborate with my team when design new applications, when brainstorming new ideas to improve the performance of our application or solve a complex problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Miro have a steep learning curve (it's not that complex but still is not as easy like excalidraw for example, without wanting to compare oranges to banana here) Sometimes it's hard to fully grasp all what Miro can do, maybe if you got roles like eg: Backend Software Engineer, Frontend Software Engineer, Designer, Product Owner. You could have a set of indicated shapes that we could use to boost the productivity in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, it conveys complex information in a graphic way, allowing clarity, efficiency and collaboration in our work.
