The best tool for collaboration, workshops, meetings, events
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a lot of tools in the past but Miro beats them all. It's performing very well, has a clear and easy to use user interface. The sheer amount of ready to use templates is a big plus when creating retrospectives or workshops. It is very easy to implement workflows in order to get the most out of Miro.
I'm using Miro everyday and even when coming across an issue the customer support is fast, friendly and super eager to fix issues.
I'm integrating Miro into monday.com to have a direct connection between workshop tasks and the Miro workshop space.
All in all Miro is not only a collaboration tool for me, it is a kind of operating system for my daily business.

What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app is buggy here and there but the bugs are getting fixed pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it possible to let people write down their ideas and to connect the dots. Instead of just doing a brain dump, Miro helps me and us to sort, categorize and visualize our ideas and to create a flow from the beginning to the end.
Miro is my go-to tool for whiteboarding, brainstorm, reviews and some presentations
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Miro is my favorite thing, everyone can use it and organize the thoughts without following a specific format. Since it has a lot of features, we're able to use it for personal organization, meetings, brainstorms and a lot of team rituals/dinamics.
Also, the integration with another platforms is super useful, such as Jira integration, Google Images, Mermaid diagrams and planning poker tools

What do you dislike about the product?
I miss integration with: GitHub, Confluence/Atlassian products besides Jira, for example I would love to transform docs in Confluence pages or to add story points directly to Github issues.
Also, when working with presentations some things are not very easy to do as exclude something from the presentation without hiding it on the board, define more than one presenter and things like that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is making team rituals faster and easier. When using it to software development/product management it really increases productivity by making it super easy to add thoughts and frames without following a rigid format or specification, easy to organize and separate flow, super clear to use with multiple contributors on real time.
Can do everything except make me a coffee
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visualise large complex interlinked projects and workstreams. It also allows for seamless links to Jira with real time updates being shown within Miro when an item it updated elsewhere. I had bever used the platform before but it was really easy to understand and find all the relevant types of items that can be added to a board
What do you dislike about the product?
As of yet I have not found anything that I don't like about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to easily visualise the links across a large scall cloud migration project, that cannot be easily seen from within Jira
Great way to collaborate with others across the company
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for coming up with ideas . Basically, it's a great way to solutionise problems with other colleagues in person and virtually. I use it weekly and I can't imagine not having Miro as a tool at work. I've not had to use the customer support thankfully, but I imagine they would be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can lag when there's a lot of images or frames within one board, however I have only experienced this problem once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a solution that allows multiple colleagues from different areas of the company to come together, brainstorm in one digital space and have it tracked in one place.
Best way to collaborate on planning and sprints!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to collaborate with my coworkers in an unlimited whiteboard. It's much better than working in the confines of a text document or slide show presentation, while still being able to comment and leave notes for team members. Plus, I can still use presentations or text documents with the Google Drive integration. We use it frequently whenever we need to just brainstorm ideas, complete design sprints, or just flesh out our thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is the scale/sizing of objects. When I paste in things it's either way too big or way too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of having to handoff multiple material to someone to review. I can just put everything into a Miro board, and using the Google Drive integration, and other features hand off everything I need to with ease.
Miro - The ultimate collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been instrumental for collaboration within our Agile Scrum team. We leverage the tool for retrospectives, DoD, team agreements, roadmaps, stakeholder analysis and team launch. It is easy to learn/implement and the curated templates help to maximize our use of the tool. I like that our team can have all of our boards in one space so they are easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving through the Miro board can be challenging for new uses as it is not intuitive to move to the left or right. I often have to use the feature that brings my colleagues to me in the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows our Agile Scrum team to collaborate and have all voices at the table. Our team is remote so we do not have the option to use sticky notes on a wall during brainstorming. I can create a Miro template, or use one that is provided, for any type of use case. The opportunities are endless for retrospectives - I used to use the retrospective tool in Azure Dev Ops, but using Miro for retrospectives is much more engaging, creative and fun!
Makes my communication with coworkers much easier than long documents
What do you like best about the product?
My work as Produt Manager requires constant discussion on thing that not exist yet. I'm a heavy visual learner, and turns out that in my experience, most people struggle to visualize new concepts without a visual representation.
And that's when Miro stands out. I started drawing things, mocking wireframes, creating workflows and so on with no onboarding nor research on it, just felt easy and intuitive to use most of the tools at first sight.
Majority of folks collaborating around it had easy time doing it as well.
I may have used Miro around 80% of my work days over the past 3 years

What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of expensive for Brazilian companies to largely adopt it to all employees. I've experienced, a couple of times, turnarounds being made out to avoid high billing costs. And sometimes we even got forced to move to other inferior but cheaper tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Miro today for process mapping and sometimes for wireframes.
Wireframes templates and components make along with some "hidden" features such as previewing the next component, with the proper spacing, generates small gains of productivity but most importantly, not interrupt my current line of thought that otherwise would be interrupted frequently to make it organized.

Best Visual Resource for Program Management
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is customizable in the sense that we're able to create tables, flowcharts, shapes, colors, lists, etc all in one spot. Also having one space with multiple sections to jump through is extremely helpful, especially when we have projects with multiple layers and also when we want to go back to reference historical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI tools were a bit more robust in the sense that a numbered checklist could be turned into a flowchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One way we use Miro is as a visual calendar that shows our prospective and confirmed projects months in advance. But instead of just showing the event on a timeline like Google/Microsoft Calendar does, we're able to list out as much data as possible in one spot so that all details are available at a glance.
Collaboration and Ideation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very flexible and versatile in how it can be used.
I use it primarily for ideation, design thinking sessions, prioritisation of product features, ....
I use it almost daily in my work and personal life.

What do you dislike about the product?
I use the Mac desktop version primarily. It does seem to hang quite a bit in the past couple of months which is unusual. Also there does seem to be a number of updates, which can be painful as I need to keep asking IT to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brain dumps of thoughts

Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and collaborative interface. It makes brainstorming, planning, and team collaboration feel seamless—even when working remotely. The vast library of templates and real-time editing tools help keep everything organized and visually engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become overwhelming on large boards with many elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize our conversations with clients — mapping out ideas, marketing strategies, and key processes. This visual approach helps clients understand concepts much more clearly than just explaining them verbally.
