Perfect Collaboration and Creativity Tool

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work, mainly for coming up with new ideas. It's a good place to collaborate, an open and creative space without limits, unlike working into a final document, which can feel quite constricting. I like some of the newer functionalities like voting and private mode. These are great for our brainstorming sessions and workshops, making them more fun and engaging. Voting is especially useful for gauging opinions during research workshops, while privacy mode helps to prevent bias in answers. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! Small things like not being able to add in PowerPoint deck slides in a single upload and not being able to have multiple timers running at once, but these are not major barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a creative space for collaboration without limits. Voting and privacy mode enhance brainstorming and workshops, making them more engaging and unbiased.

Versatile Collaboration with Room to Grow

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its performance, simple interface, and the huge amount of opportunities it offers. It's built into Microsoft Teams, so people don’t need to open a browser, and it also integrates with our Jira. It allows us to work faster because we can collaborate all together. For task refinement, everyone can drop their ideas on the board, and we can discuss instead of the voice mess that can happen if everyone proposes with audio. It gives us the freedom of actions more or less. The initial setup was very easy, mostly just permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more integrations, or some ask to integrate into own services and programs if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro speeds up our workflow by enabling team collaboration and brainstorming, offers freedom in idea sharing through visual boards, and reduces audio conversation chaos.

Intuitive for Beginners, But Performance Hiccups

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I usually use Miro for ideation and brainstorming, and as a UX Designer, I need Miro on a daily basis for the design process. Its user interface is very simple compared to FigJam and Mural, making all its features easy to understand and use, even for beginners. I really like the Sidekick feature in Miro, where it helps through video and article support, which has been a boon for me. In the beginning of my design career, I was new to flowcharts and user flows, and the informative resources in Miro helped me a lot. The initial setup was also very easy for me, as I could onboard with a direct sign-in using Gmail and quickly access the main dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is browser-based and relies heavily on computer system configurations. As I add more content like high-resolution images, heavy PDFs, complex vector drawings, or hundreds of sticky notes, the board can become sluggish. This has a big impact, like taking more load time, navigation delays, and sometimes freezing. Also, having 20 flying cursors in a live workshop eats up processing power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro's simple user interface aids beginners and its sidekick feature provides valuable video and article support for design and agile work.

Excellent Collaboration Tool with Ever-Improving Features

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Really great tool for collaborating and the features are being continuously improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be fiddly when starting to use but once you get used to the controls then it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to ensure that the product team, developers and end users can reach a shared vision collaboratively for software development features, before they progress to being developed. Previously, users would not be able to visualise the end solution properly until they got access to the system in UAT, and developers would not fully understand the expectations, meaning lots of expensive rework. Using Miro has cut down on the volume of changes needed during UAT and post-go live and given us better buy-in.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and you can either build very minimal content, or an absolute monster of a master sheet. Putting everything in one place is great for visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent really found anything i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to map all of our customer journeys into an overall service blueprint.

I am also mapping all of our chatbot flows, and then using Miro to theorize how to optimize them

Addressing offline limits has improved how teams collaborate on retrospectives and planning

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

We have been using Miro Business - Enterprise for the last four and a half years. We use Miro Business - Enterprise for multiple purposes, but the major reason we use it is to conduct retrospectives and enable collaboration between teams within the organization. It helps us in finding new functionality and determining what features need to be developed. It ensures that whatever we are doing is in the correct direction.

Miro Business - Enterprise provides good features such as infinite canvas, which gives us a substantial space where we can brainstorm ideas. The infinite canvas feature helps us run Agile ceremonies including retrospectives. It helps us obtain a proper visual board where we can maintain a shared workspace for product roadmaps, dependency mapping, and cross-team program boards. It also helps us create inspection and adaptation during retrospectives. We can see who does what, where, and when, and whatever task has been assigned to the team is very visible on Miro Business - Enterprise infinite canvas. As we do brainstorming, it gives us an idea of who is doing what, as we have remote teams. This is the major use case for us.

Miro Business - Enterprise helps us with ease of collaboration, real-time editing, and it has a low barrier for non-IT people who need to do some brainstorming as it is a simple and easy to use software.

What is most valuable?

The best features that Miro Business - Enterprise provided is that it has provided us SSO capability via SAML, which is for secure access. I value that feature highly. It has advanced project management tools, and multiple teams can work under one subscription, as it is not required to take different subscriptions. It also helps with advanced project folders, permission and content ownership controls. We can go ahead with unlimited guests, and it helps us with proper saving. That is the major use case for us.

Miro Business - Enterprise supports unlimited guests with fine-grained shared control. It also provides deeper integration such as Jira, Asana, Azure, DevOps and other tools, which enhance the workshop features using Miro AI across boards, summaries, clustering and the data ideation process.

It has helped us in faster delivery and planning cycles, which helps the teams to co-create in real time rather than switching between slides and documents, which increased our planning by 33.5%. That is the major thing which I could say.

It has helped our team reduce cross-team dependencies, as we have the visual boards where we can do dependency mapping, which has better helped us increase the betterment of the PI planning by 22% and OKR mapping by 21%. It has also helped us in portfolio visualization, particularly for the Agile product projects which we handle. So it has helped in increased collaboration, reduced planning cycles, and also helped us to co-create real-time documentation. These are the core things which have been central to our experience with Miro Business - Enterprise.

What needs improvement?

I feel that offline capabilities are still limited. Miro Business - Enterprise could develop features for low connectivity environments, as it requires a good internet connection and everything must be available online. They can definitely work on and develop something which can help us with better offline capabilities.

Apart from that, Miro Business - Enterprise is working perfectly, and for our organization, we have been using it for quite a while, almost four and a half years, but we have not faced any kind of bugs, glitches, or downtime. It is working quite well.

They can definitely improve on the offline capabilities feature that I just listed. The performance and the responsiveness can suffer when we are working with a very large team on the infinite canvas. That is something which they can improve. That is why I have given a four out of five.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Miro Business - Enterprise is definitely a stable solution. It did not turn down our expectations. However, sometimes if we are going ahead with multiple teams, it can lag at times while using the infinite canvas feature.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability part is good. We can scale up and down as per our needs. It did not turn down the expectations. Miro Business - Enterprise can support multiple teams and multiple users at once. So it is definitely a scalable solution as per our needs.

How are customer service and support?

We had a call with customer support almost six months back. We were facing an issue regarding the setup with one of the new engineers who was going to join the project. We were not able to get the setup done. There was some error code coming. The team resolved that instance within 15 minutes. I feel that is something which is really great. I give it a 10 out of 10 for the customer support.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used Mural before Miro Business - Enterprise.

How was the initial setup?

It was easy to deploy Miro Business - Enterprise and it did not require any heavy technical solution as it is a retrospective and planning tool. It was very easy to deploy in our environment and we did not face any kind of challenges so far.

What was our ROI?

We have saved definitely on time and dependency mapping. We have increased the visibility of the boards and the PI planning has been done efficiently. The efficiency increased by 37%. The collaboration between the teams increased, which increased the productivity by 55%. It has also helped us with a good reduction in tool sprawl, which has helped us spend less time on meeting preparation, by at least 35%. These are some metrics which I have now.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The metering and the billing experience is really good. Miro Business - Enterprise is typically priced around 15 to 20 dollars per user a month for the basic prices. Apart from that, if we go for the business tier, we get a good discount through the AWS Marketplace and build annually. It is good. The AWS Marketplace has given us transparent cost and functionality through the marketplace.

The licensing and the setup cost did not include anything which was very complex. Everything was sorted well as we got it from AWS Marketplace. The contracts were clear and concise, and the licensing is really easy to maintain as per our commitments. We can use it as per the occasion, planning, retro, or anything else. It was really satisfactory with no problem at all.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before deciding on Miro Business - Enterprise, we evaluated Mural, FigJam, and Lucidspark. These are some solutions which we evaluated.

What other advice do I have?

Anyone who is looking for a good collaboration and visibility for their projects can definitely go ahead with Miro Business - Enterprise. It is providing a very good solution at a low cost.

I would say that Miro Business - Enterprise streamlines the process of planning in our organization. It gives us a good visibility and shared control over the tasks which we need to do. It also helps in the PI planning, retrospectives, plannings, and plans. It is a great solution and you should definitely consider it. I give this product a rating of 4 out of 5.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for planning, research projects, and saving results of tests and focus groups, as well as retrospectives. I like the easy and big canvas and appreciate the easy accessibility. I find it works well for working with different people on one project, especially since you can do it live, set timers, and votings. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand all functionalities, and when only working with a mouse, it isn't great. Also, make it easier to work with a mouse instead of a mouse pad.

I use Miro for planning, research projects, and collaborating live with teams. It offers an easy and big canvas, easy accessibility, and supports real-time collaboration with timers and voting.

A Versatile Tool for Visual Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's visually appealing interface, which uses icons, symbols, and pictures that make it easy for everyone, even those from different backgrounds or less technical backgrounds, to understand a problem in a simple way. It is easy to move around and use, making it a great interface to share ideas. It helps me bring together all my stakeholders on one page where everyone can contribute equally, which is really helpful for defining product vision and strategy and getting clarity and alignment. The initial setup was quite easy too, just taking one session for everyone to become familiar with the platform, and now everyone uses it like a pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think that we can have more templates on Miro, like more generic ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies collaboration by bringing all stakeholders together on one page, allowing everyone to contribute equally. It's easy to use for defining product vision and strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment. The interface with icons and symbols is intuitive, even for non-technical backgrounds.
