My Brain Runs on Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become my go-to space for thinking, planning, and collaborating—it’s basically where half my brain lives now. The infinite canvas gives me the freedom to work the way I think: non-linear, visual, and exploratory. Whether I’m sketching out a product roadmap, dropping in sticky notes during a retro, or running a live workshop, it just works. The UI is smooth, the templates are actually useful (rare!), and the integrations with Jira and Slack make it feel like an extension of our existing workflow—not another tool to manage. Bonus: even people who’ve never touched Miro before can jump in and get the hang of it in minutes. I use miro every day in my role and it always wows people who I demo in miro to for the first time. I have a large organization and am always able to get support for whatever I need from the self-help articles and learning the new beta features is always exciting and a breeze! Miro honestly it such a game changer its very easy to get buy in from managers to build out technical and non-technical projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards with tons of content can lag a little—but it’s rare and usually easy to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the “too many tools, not enough clarity” problem. It gives my team one shared space to map ideas, connect dots, and move from messy brainstorms to structured plans—all without losing momentum. Instead of bouncing between slide decks, docs, and whiteboards, we can just build the thinking live in one place. It’s helped us align faster, collaborate better across time zones, and make abstract ideas visible and actionable. Total game-changer for remote and hybrid work.
The best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration feel seamless, super easy to use, even for first-timers. I love how you can play music while everyone’s thinking; it keeps the vibe relaxed and creative. Honestly, it’s the closest thing to an in-person meeting I’ve experienced online.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is that it’s easy to get lost in a massive board, especially when multiple teams are collaborating and things start piling up. On top of that, performance can slow down noticeably on large boards or if you're using a lower-end device. Another limitation is the lack of offline access, which can be frustrating if you're working on the go or have unreliable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro as a virtual drawing board to streamline product decisions, gather approvals, and leave contextual comments, all in one place. It’s been especially helpful in aligning cross-functional teams, letting everyone contribute ideas visually and async.
Makes life so much easier!

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't upload videos to it, it would be so beneficial considering we make videos in our team, would be nice to upload them,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to present super easily, have all our work in one place.
Powerful collaboration tool for design and product teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily to manage user and client data, organize insights, and map product decisions. It helps connect cross-functional roles—like BAs and Designers—by having everything in one place. While we mainly use Miro standalone, it integrates well with tools like Jira and Slack, which helps maintain workflow continuity. The real-time collaboration and commenting features make team alignment smooth and intuitive.
Getting started with Miro was straightforward—our team was able to integrate it into our workflow with minimal onboarding. Whenever we’ve reached out, Miro’s support team has been responsive and helpful, especially with workspace or billing questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards can get cluttered and heavy, especially with many collaborators. It would be helpful to have more control over performance when boards grow large, and more advanced filtering options for large data sets.

Miro is a part of everything I do
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's vast amount of features empowers many types of users to solve problems. As a Service Designer working with many distributed teams, Miro is a must have to bring everyone together to a single workspace that is fluid and helps me translate thoughts into something tangible that the teams can understand, collaborate and stay engaged with. The power of being in a meeting and not only talking but also drawing, writing, moving, designing, editing, voting, organizing and creating completely changes the collaboration game, where people in the past used to jump into calls, talk, talk, talk and hope that everyone remembered and understood everything that was said. It enabled something that was previously impossible: To conduct effective workshops online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I actually dislike something about Miro, but if I would suggest improvements, it would be a better way to organize boards (As I work for a large enterprise Company, we do have MANY boards) and better governance features for Team Admins (Like be able to delete boards)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow me to conduct collaborative workshop/work sessions engaging multiple distributed teams
Best tool to visualize ideas
What do you like best about the product?
It usually happens that when a software gives you much flexibility to do anything, the UX will become somewhat confusing, because It will be hard for you to find and get familiar with all the features, but this is not the case in Miro. You get to implement whatever is on your mind easily, without distractions. I use Miro both for work and personal stuff on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a pastel color pallette. I know I can get to this by changing the opacity of the colors but sometimes I don't get the colors that I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me (and my teammates) to visualize whatever we want with less barriers. And visualizations are key to efficient communications so it leads to better communications.
Miro has everything! Its new AI tools (+ a lot of templates) makes work easier, I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
The new tools are great and super useful. I’ve used Miro for years — I’ve tried other software, but I always come back to it because it’s simple, powerful, and really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to add music to Teams sessions, but it’s trickier than it seems. What’s more important is that the AI diagram tool works well, but it doesn’t pick up on the hierarchy in these formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses this for many reasons — especially within our tech teams. I’m in marketing, and we mostly use it for brainstorming, mind maps, moodboards, diagrams, and customer journeys.
Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro for quite some time now, and it's an incredibly versatile tool. I use it both for studying and for work. It's a powerful platform for building and documenting ideas, leading presentations, and running more dynamic and collaborative meetings — where everyone can contribute in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the AI features are not yet available in Brazilian Portuguese, which limits their accessibility for non-English speakers. Still, Miro remains one of my favorite tools for visual thinking and team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote collaboration and idea structuring. Whether I'm working with a team or studying alone, it gives me a shared, flexible space to brainstorm, plan, and organize complex information visually. It replaces the need for long documents or scattered notes by turning discussions and ideas into structured boards that everyone can contribute to in real time. This improves alignment, speeds up decision-making, and makes meetings more productive and engaging — especially in remote or hybrid work setups.
Miro is my essential work tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as my main work tool to organize my ideas and communicate in a more visual way. I use it on a daily basis to collaborate with my colleagues and run workshops as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there's nothing I dislike about it. I saw the new AI integration features and I'm excited to start using them! Maybe the visual tools could be a bit more refined, but I understand that's not the main focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a user researcher and service designer, so Miro is essential for organizing my ideas. Its new AI tools help me synthesize information and speed up my analysis process.
I also use Miro as a visual tool to bring my ideas to life—through journey maps, roadmaps, diagrams, and more.
