Essential Tool for UX Designers—Intuitive and Time-Saving

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro everyday! For me, Miro has been extremely helpful when I need to create user maps, journeys, and other tasks relevant to a UX Designer’s work. It offers a wide variety of tools and ready-made templates, and it’s also very easy and intuitive to use. This saves me a lot of time. The customer support is outstanding, always ready to solve any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, in my day-to-day work I haven’t been able to find anything that makes me dislike Miro. It’s a very complete tool. The only possible downside is that the free plan is quite limited, but since I use the company’s version, that’s not an issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a very easy way to display and organize my ideas on a whiteboard, which helps speed up product development and makes it simple to share with everyone on the team. I’m not sure if any other product offers the same kind of benefits as Miro.

Effortless Visual Collaboration and Seamless Teamwork

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it makes collaboration simple and visual in one place. The infinite canvas is very flexible for brainstorming, diagrams, and planning, and multiple people can work together in real time without confusion. Ready-made templates save time, integrations with tools like Jira and Slack fit well into daily workflows, and it works smoothly across devices, making remote collaboration easy and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that large boards can become slow and hard to manage, especially with many objects. Advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting. It can also feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of tools and options, and offline usage is very limited, making it less convenient when internet connectivity is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered collaboration by bringing brainstorming, planning, and visual communication into a single shared workspace. It helps teams align ideas quickly, collaborate in real time regardless of location, and replace long meetings or static documents with visual boards. This benefits me by improving clarity, speeding up decision-making, and making remote collaboration more organized and effective.

    Architecture & Planning

Valuable Tool for Architects

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and easy to use, making collaboration seamless. The number of features are the perfect amount without overcomplicating the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
For architects, it would be helpful to have more advanced sketching capabilities. Additionally, providing organization templates tailored to designers would add significant value. Much of our work needs to be exported for presentations or archived on our servers, so having predefined templates for structuring design work in progress as well as final presentations within each board would be very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of collaborating on complex ideas, particularly during early design and planning phases and across multiple teams. It provides a shared visual workspace where we can sketch, collect references, organize ideas, and leave feedback in real time. This improves alignment, speeds up decision-making, and reduces back-and-forth communication across disciplines.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for everything related to projects, from planning and tracking tasks to storing artifacts and creating architecture maps. I love the variety of design options it offers and the AI experience in creating diagrams and summaries, which help speed things up for me. I can describe what I need in natural language and have a first draft ready for edits right away. Also, Miro is super easy to set up, it felt like a cakewalk. We switched to Miro from OneNote because Miro is easier to use, especially from a collaboration perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Azure DevOps options, like the ability to use queries and utilize final data in various ways, is not as smooth as it might be for Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan, track tasks, and generate summaries, keeping a common view for stakeholders. It speeds up my workflow by allowing me to describe needs in natural language and quickly get a first draft.
