Excelente experience!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. Moreover, it has a great variety of elements to design diagrams. This is particularly helpful when designing the architecture of a software system, as I can handle my app's frames and the system components in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! It works great. Maybe that the free version is way to limited compared to the premium version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design system architecture

Miro makes teamwork feel more visual and connected

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to just drag and drop notes and shapes and start thinking with my team in a visual way. It feels very natual and helps everyone get on the same page quickly even if they are in diffrent places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a board with a lot of images and shapes gets slow and feels laggy. It can also be a bit confusing for new users who do not know where to find certain tolols at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with the problem of scattered ideas during workshops or project planning. Instead of random notes in email or chat everything is collected on one board so the whole team can see and update it easily.

Amazing Tool for Remote Training Exercises

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to create complex training class exercises quickly. All of the students loved the use of Miro and how easy it is to complete all the exercises with only 3 minutes of Miro practice at the beginning of class.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text objects are great, and can do the basics of bold, underline, italics, and bullet lists. Would like to see more texting editing options in a text object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an incredible tool for facilitating remote meetings, workshops and training. It would be extremely difficult to do my job without Miro.

An at-a-glance view of big ideas

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Because I am involved with projects of vast scope, I need an almost unbounded canvas to share the far-reaching impact of my team's contributions. Miro allows me to scale visual representations of voluminous information to a single, easily navigable display.

As an entry-level user, I found the tool-bar and its functions easily intuitive and was able to go right to work. For those who like to go beyond default settings and restrictive templates, Miro's comprehensive set of tools offers lots of latitude for creativity, allowing one to imbue their work with their own signature style.

I also appreciate that there is no need to go deep-menu-diving to access most tools and actions. Most of everything I need is available right there at the surface of the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Miro; only that I would prefer working with a local instance which doesn't have to be connected to a network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Miro is helping our team to identify:
duplicate workstreams, gaps in information resources, sources of extraneous burdens, summaries of satisfied deliverables, and projected driving requirements.
This is easily accomplished with the comprehensive visual delivery that Miro provides.

A Game-Changer for Visual Sales Strategies and Organizational Clarity

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's infinite canvas and vast template library are game-changers for visual collaboration. It truly shines in real-time collaboration, allowing multiple users to work simultaneously, which makes brainstorming sessions and workshops incredibly dynamic and productive, especially for remote and hybrid teams. The intuitive interface means everyone can participate, regardless of their technical skill level. It helps transform unstructured ideas into organized workflows, from brainstorming to roadmapping and diagramming. For tasks like sales planning, the ability to visually map out strategies, customer journeys, and sales funnels collaboratively is incredibly powerful. Similarly, for org chart building, Miro's flexibility allows for easy creation, modification, and sharing of complex organizational structures, making it simple to visualize team hierarchies and reporting lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally excellent, very large and complex boards can sometimes become a bit overwhelming to navigate, though features like frames and presentation mode help manage this. The mobile experience, while functional, can be somewhat limited compared to the desktop version, especially for detailed work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of effective remote and hybrid team collaboration. It provides a shared visual space where teams can ideate, plan, and create together, overcoming geographical barriers. We use it for everything from daily stand-ups and sprint planning to complex project roadmapping, customer journey mapping, and design sprints. Specifically, for sales planning, Miro allows us to collaboratively build and refine sales strategies, map out target accounts, visualize sales processes, and track progress in a highly visual and engaging way, leveraging templates for sales plans and funnels. For org chart building, it has replaced static, difficult-to-update documents, providing a dynamic and easily shareable platform to create, update, and communicate our organizational structure, facilitating better understanding of roles and responsibilities across the company. This has led to more engaging discussions, increased team efficiency, clearer communication, and faster alignment on projects. It's like having a virtual meeting room where ideas flow freely, enhancing overall productivity.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The whole look of the UI and features for automating the canvas and easy sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could have been bit more minimalistic, to navigate easily through features and buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been my go to tool for brainstorming and drawing, I think it solved my issue exploring a lot of whiteboard tools otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates, multi-user functionality, flow charts to tables to mind mapping to lists, all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find it fairly intuitive to navigate and learn, some teammates have a very difficult time adapting to the interface. I'm not sure why/how to fix that, but it can cause delays in team file work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I'm aware of

What do you like best about the product?
I am a visual person and love to organize my ideas during the process, seeing it plotted in Miro. The process itself, even when I wm working by myself is much better developed when you see it in a board. The new AI features impressed me as well, specially the prototyping and summary ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to see ifa template fits what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to organize workflows and ideas. Recently, it has been helping me to generate documents that can be shared with other stakeholders seamlessly.

Visual Collaboration Redefined

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps us brainstorm new ideas quickly and effectively. Every member of our team contributes to a board, then we upvote the best ideas, and get them prioritized by making plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve. A lot of features are hidden behind buttons/menus, which may not be easily accessible to new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us as a team organize all our products, features, and ideas in one place and work on them together to find the most beneficial solutions.
