Perfect for Agile Collaboration and Feedback

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and flexible Miro is. Having people add suggestions and project ideas on sticky notes that others can upvote has been really helpful. It's great for collaborating and sharing ideas, and it lets us gather a broad variety of feedback from throughout the company. Miro was actually easier for organizing our agile retrospectives even though it wasn't the target use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between zooming in/out and the seemingly infinite canvas space, sometimes I get lost and it takes a bit to find the core content again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborating and sharing ideas, organizing agile retrospectives, and gathering feedback using sticky notes.

It's easy to use, making it simple to document processes and collaborate with multiple teams. I find that iterating on projects with different groups is straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't notice any drawbacks. In my view, any issues are more connected to the company's culture rather than to any particular aspect of the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simple to illustrate roadmaps and organizational charts, making it easy to clearly organize and present your ideas through well-structured diagrams.

Excellent Collaboration Tool for Remote Teams

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great collaborative tool for our teams to work together remotely with one another. For everyone to see what others are adding in real time is super helpful and something that can be lost otherwise in a remote work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations would be great - especially with major tools like Jira (they do have a Jira integration but adding more ways to use this integration/have visuals/graphs show up in Miro is more what I'm looking for)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it a lot to work collaboratively on whiteboarding, diagramming, roadmapping etc. It's typically our first-stop-shop for planning, and then we'll often move that information into more structured project management tools like Jira etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mind maps and collaborating with my team, and it helps me keep all my ideas in one place, organize them, and showcase them for brainstorming with my team. Having ready templates is also very helpful, and I found the initial setup to be extremely easy.
