It's very useful in sales engineering when you need to configure a system for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed any downsides that will make me want to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me put on the computer. Reducing the complexities of explaining sale requests or explaining system solutions to customers.
My goto tool for brainstorming and strategizing.
What do you like best about the product?
I often have trouble creating diagrams of the vision I have in head, but I find it easy to use Miro for documenting fleeting inspirations, group brainstorm sessions or strategic process/roadmap visualizations. I love the fact that Miro is available across all my devices and gives me a centralized place to keep those "napkin notes" I make throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran across anything so far, I figure if I do. It is just time to upgrade to the premium version. One thing in the future that I may look into is Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration of Miro with my daily tools like M365/Copilot, Adobe Creative Suite or Google Desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an innovator who is constantly learning of new technologies and innovations. These new ideas usually spark ideas of my own. Having a place to store and review these eureka! moments may lead to the next great product for my company or a startup opportunity for me.

Great for visualizing a lot of topics in school
What do you like best about the product?
Great for visualizing a lot of topics in school; The individual board spaces are basically infinite so you can fit a bunch of mindmaps in one place to organize a lot of ideas at once
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows you to have 4 boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with organizing my thoughts when planning projects, presentations, etc. So the easy-to-navigate-and-create mindmap is really helpful in visualizing a new project.
It's a bit of a challenge to initially get used to using the platform with its keyboard shortcuts, but once you do, it becomes second-nature and makes the brain storming process go smoothly.

My go-to tool for thinking, collaborating, and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my go-to space for both thinking and collaborating. I love the Talk Track feature because it makes async work so much easier. I can leave detailed walkthroughs for others to watch on their own time. The workshop tools are fantastic too. Dot voting is super simple, the timer with music keeps energy high, and everything feels really well thought out. On top of that, I love how frequently Miro adds new features to keep improving the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only small challenge is that with so many features and integrations available, it can sometimes be tricky to quickly find what I need in the current menu setup. It’s a minor issue compared to the overall value, but streamlining navigation would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me one ever-expanding space to capture all my thoughts, ideas, and plans in a way that’s easy to organise and build on. Instead of juggling different tools, I can keep everything in one place and then share it seamlessly with colleagues or clients. It’s simple to use, looks professional, and makes collaboration feel effortless. For me, it’s become an all-in-one hub for both creative thinking and structured work.
Great for brainstorming and flows. My creative space 🚀
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost every day to brainstorm ideas, create flows, and organize my design thoughts. The endless canvas gives me freedom to explore concepts visually, and it helps me connect ideas in a way that simple notes or docs can’t. It’s my go-to tool whenever I need to think out loud in a visual way
What do you dislike about the product?
When many people edit at the same time, the board can get overwhelming and hard to follow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize messy ideas and turn them into clear visual flows. As a designer, I often need to brainstorm concepts, map user journeys, and structure projects in a way that makes sense visually. Instead of keeping notes scattered across different tools, I can keep everything in one place and connect ideas on an infinite canvas. This saves me time, keeps my process structured, and helps me move from rough sketches to real designs much faster.
