What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely fast in drafting flows and attached visuals. It is extremely easy to place and connect elements so the tool is an element of the flow, not a point that stops it. I like how simple the tool is and how fast it works on any computer (or phone) I have used for the past several years. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any real downsides of Miro. I would love to have some more tools regarding image editing with AI options so it would be more helpful while building my decks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me build roadmaps, wireframe some easy webpages and also serves as a collaborative whiteboard with some useful group tools. Above all it is a visual collaboration platform
Best and easiest tool to use ever.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is the easiest tool to use for project management and not only that I was able to create a complete agile environment for a large project this not only enabled the team to work in an agile manner but also help the organization to save money on investment on complex tools that probably would´ve help but will take longer.
Also, customer support has been reached flowless.

What do you dislike about the product?
For me all works excellent but I have seen that some people have problems to using it but is a matter of time only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication problems, status problems, continuous improvement and also execution problems have been solved.
Intuitive and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
It makes brainstorming and planning feel effortless. Its super intuitive, flexible, and fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features take a bit of time to fully figure out. There are probably a lot of tools I'm not using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything lives in one visual board. You can go from mind map to workflow diagram without switching tools.
Love using Miro for a multitude of things!

The endless possibilities and creation tools, it's ease of use compared to other similar tools

Missing a few things I'd love, the ability to integrate video on a board would be amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect way to organize by day to day tasks with the rest of the company. It also helps me with to-do lists, due dates, job details and so much more!

The only thing I dislike about Miro is not being able to sort cards by date. That would be very helpful rather than doing it manually.

Out company receives orders many months in advance. Miro helps to organize those orders with all details.
Miro is a great tool for planning and ideating designs, as well as managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Miro to easily write down my tasks on sticky notes and graphically display the work that needs to be completed. I also like the ability to add pictures and annotate for quick notes that are best drawn. I draw in Miro a lot to get my ideas out quickly without having to run large software, so the pens and highlighters make that highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boards can start to move slow once it starts to fill up, making it difficult to navigate. I also want to customize the colors of sticky notes, but there are limited options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to open multiple images to draw on and ideate quickly, all in the same place. The speed and large board size allow for fast duplication and quick changes to see if something works without needing to draw it all out.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the most collaborative software I have ever used. It is great to keep teams and stakeholders engaged. Easy to use and ensures we can all build out ideas and plan effectively. Our team uses Miro every day. It is easy to use Miro to integrate and format into emails and slides.

I would like it if it was easier to paste work from one board to another board and keep the same scale without having to create templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our teams to collaborate in a way that we would not effectively be able to do otherwise. The live, interactive nature of the collaboration is key.

As a person in a creative field, I like that we are able to compile all of our ideas and creations in one place and don't have to rely on outdated ways to share our creations. Miro really is awesome because it is exactly what it is advertised as. I'm a fairly new user and I got used to Miro within a week and I only had one laggy zoom call where someone was explaining it in brief for me. I like that the UI is neat and sleek and
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Miro for a couple of weeks and so far I don't see any major issues. Although, I would like for an update that allows us to upload and paste more types of files.

I'm working from home so it has been a breeze collaborating with my co-workers and supervisors. And I can compile all my ideas and all our projects in one place
