Seamless collaboration, Miro is a must-have for visual thinkers

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Miro -- I am a visual thinker, so being able to lay out ideas spatially, organize them, and connect ideas with visual cues is extremely helpful in my thinking processes. Miro is also an excellent collaboration team, enabling remote teams to contribute to a virtual "whiteboard" seamlessly at the same time. I enjoyed using Miro so much at work that I also use it for personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to use Miro as a project management option, so a less free kind of board like a calendar that combined the great parts of Miro with spreadsheet-like and tracking capacities would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a remote team, and we don't get to gather together around a whiteboard to share ideas. With Miro, we can do that brainstorming remotely. Miro makes it easy for multiple people to contribute to a board while on a call together.
Miro is also a great way to present ideas and run meetings. It gives everyone a way to contribute and share thoughts in a way that then creates a useful visual way to understand information.

A place to put all my thoughts

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It's a place to plan/organize/strategize/design/think about anything in real time with others. I even use it as a to do list/task manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to flip photos horizontally/vertically. That there is a limit to "removing background" features. That it is not more recognized so that people are less resistant to implementing/learning it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mood boarding / ideas

Miro has been absolutely amazing

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to bring all ideas, references, and discussions into one shared space makes teamwork seamless. Its intuitive interface and flexibility allow us to move smoothly from brainstorming to structuring, and then to execution all without losing context.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is excellent for collaboration, sometimes the boards can become heavy with content, which makes navigation slower. The frames also move unintentionally at times, which can be irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us centralize research, ideas, and project workflows in one collaborative space, making it easy to track progress across different phases. This improves team alignment, speeds up decision-making, and ensures that everyone stays on the same page, ultimately boosting productivity and efficiency.

The digital white board I cannot do without

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an indispensable part of my workflow. I use it for everything from brainstorming with teams to transforming our notes into clickable prototypes. One of my favourite features is actually uploading PDF documents, unpacking them so I can see all the pages laid out. This makes referencing source information that's critical to a project super easy. I've used it for product design and learning experience design. It's also the best digital facilitation tool I know. I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Miro, it felt overwhelming and I struggled to unlock its potential usefulness. I recommend new users start by going through their incredible bank of free templates, stay up to date with their new feature releases, and see how others are using it. This is a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps internal and external stakeholders work together, especially in remote set ups.

Excellent! Makes brainstorming, mind-mapping and planning EXTREMELY easy

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and takes almost no time to learn. The tools are functional and work really well. The AI integrations, even at the free level do a great job at driving projects forward. We do a lot of site mapping on Miro and it really gets the job done nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to FigJam, Miro does not offer as many features although the tech does have what you need for the most part and so this is not detrimental. FigJam can be a little harder to use compared to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us move faster, remain highly organized and work collaboratively. We are excited about the features that are added regularly. Also, the ability to share views with clients makes brainstorming and sharing ideas effective. WE are happy with this strong tool.

Miro: Reliable, Collaborative, and Indispensable

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Our team absolutely loves Miro. We’re a startup of 50 employees, and we use it for everything—from product discovery to quarterly planning. As a remote-first company, having Miro on the cloud is incredible because it allows our team to collaborate and contribute simultaneously. It’s also very reliable, which I truly appreciate.

Using Miro to present my stories has helped me take many product ideas from inception all the way to market delivery. I highly recommend this tool for any product manager or team that thrives on collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d love a way to automate ideas from Miro into Jira. Our biggest challenge right now is mapping work items in Miro to Jira and tracking delivery end to end. Having an easier way to connect the two would make a huge difference.

Practical visual tool for team organization and collaboration

  • September 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely useful for organizing ideas in a visual and collaborative way. The ability to build flows, roadmaps, and boards intuitively greatly aids in organizing complex projects, such as event planning and challenges. The interface is user-friendly, and real-time collaboration with the team makes the work more dynamic and efficient. Additionally, the variety of ready-made templates facilitates initial implementation and accelerates productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the advantages, Miro can become a bit heavy depending on the size of the board, which impacts performance and causes slowness. There is also a certain learning curve to fully explore all the features. In some cases, the integrations could be simpler and more intuitive, especially when compared to other management tools we already use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been helping me solve the challenge of organizing complex information in a visual and accessible way for the entire team. Before, it was difficult to centralize ideas, schedules, and plans in one place clearly and collaboratively. With Miro, I can structure roadmaps, workflows, and strategies in real-time, allowing everyone to follow and contribute in an organized manner. This facilitates communication, increases productivity, and improves alignment between different areas, bringing more efficiency to project planning and execution.

Intuitive visual collaboration

  • September 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for running workshops and it is very helpful. With features like bringing everyone to follow your screen, and being able to lock visual elements being the standouts for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced it myself, but some users have complained about the process of creating guest accounts being suboptimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to make our virtual workshops far more interactive than they would be if we used generic video conferencing tools. It's also a delight to use for diagramming and roadmapping.

The Best Tool for Marketing Planning

  • September 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro every day, before during and after every Marketing campaign. Easy to use, intuitive, easy to share, plenty of templates to get started. Implementation was minimal to nonexistent because I just signed on with my work email and got started right away. Haven't had any issues so no need to contact customer support at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not yet sure how to collaborate or add a whole team to a single board, but there isn't really much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slide decks and text documents don't cut it sometimes. Miro is great for illustrating and sharing the complexities of a lead journey in Marketing.
