With Miro, it is easy to present things clearly and structured in professional life.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the infinite space that Miro offers. You can effectively work on and present many different topics together with colleagues. I also like the structuring of the app, as you can access all your Miros in an organized manner at a glance. We use Miro very frequently in the team, as each team has its own board and it also helps with the structuring of meetings.

Five years in, still my favorite collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro for over five years, and it has become an essential part of my work. It’s incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even for people new to the platform. I really value the constant stream of new features every year, which always feel thoughtfully designed. My favorite aspect is being able to run presentations while collaborating in real time – it makes workshops, brainstorming, and planning much more engaging and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, the platform can lack stability, with small bugs or performance issues that interrupt the flow of work. In addition, some useful features are not available with the basic paid plan, which can feel a bit restrictive if you don’t upgrade to a higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to run remote workshops with clients, which makes collaboration smooth and engaging even when we’re not in the same room. It’s also great for creating and delivering live presentations (both in-person and online). On a daily basis, I rely on it as a digital notebook to capture ideas and as a central hub to gather all the elements of a project in one place. This flexibility saves me time and keeps my work well organized.
A virtual whiteboard — and more!
What do you like best about the product?
Drives collaborative behaviours, especially in a digital working environment. There are an abundance of apps/plugins and community created templates to help integrate this into your existing processes and workflows. There are always new and helpful features coming out and the support for them is great, the documentation is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some performance issues you can encounter once your boards reach a certain size. However, there are guides and newer features to improve the experience in handling a lot of content across your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves a gap of easy-to-use realtime collaborative software, especially in the form of a whiteboard. Because of it's broad applicability as a "whiteboard" it can be adapted for so many different use cases. Almost all workshop activities I run are facilitated through Miro, whether they are strategy, research, or even technical discussions. The support Miro has for such varying methodologies help it be useful in many aspects of my job, I use it daily.
Great for Collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate with others asynchronously. We use this platform a lot for brainstorming, sharing work, and laying out documents. It is very easy to use and the learning curve is small. It is very easy to bring in new users for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a board can get very bogged down when too many files are on it. I wish there was an easier way to speed up the board without having to a new board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down on the need to print large-scale documents to see them all together at the same time. It is great for reviewing construction documents.
Easy diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, it allows you to place your ideas into a graphic design, the learning curve of the software is fairly quick and simple to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have find about Miro is that if you are using the free version, you are limited to only being able to have 5 ongoing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a clear and easy way to put your ideas in an ordered manner and to complete a task.
Miro - All you need for collab
What do you like best about the product?
It's an open canvas - accept anything. And it has some pretty insightful templates. Its AI features make it super easy, too. I use it a lot to draw journeys or classic whiteboarding, both with customers and internally. There are other tools out there, but Miro is very flexible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the licensing. I am not too sure about it's commercial model, but I know there is a cost associated with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to draw stuff, for instance: a product roadmap, tech roadmap, or diagrams, or a customer journey map or simply do some mind mapping with the team. I could you a physical whiteboard, but you have only so much room in there. Also, can't really do good remote collab. Power Point is not a tool for this. Miro help me think and helps me convey ideas better. Also, it has some interesting features like voting, so does help when we are doing design thinking.
