Effortless Real-Time Collaboration with Miro

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get a new board up and get everyone live on it to update together. I can easily start a board and think about design for a new feature, and I can also get all my team on a board to contribute in real-time immediately. Miro's ease of initial setup is also a plus; it was very easy indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great to use AI to mock up some designs for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for retrospectives, design mock-ups, and workshops. It mainly solves collaboration issues. I like how easily I can start a board and have my team contribute in real time.

Intuitive Collaboration Tool, Needs Mobile Optimization

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate with clients on project development, personal mood boards, and brainstorming for new projects. The interface is super intuitive and easy to use, making it easy for other people to use and figure out. There are many ways to comment or make red lines in the interface, which I appreciate. I also love that the initial setup was super easy, and that you can either get the app or use it in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to open a lot of my heavier Miro boards on my phone. I would love for Miro to provide an option to compress uploads to make them viewable quickly on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of not being able to sketch ideas in person in a remote world. I also use it for collaborating with clients on project development, mood boards, and brainstorming.

Effortless Virtual Whiteboarding with Handy Templates

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using it because it provides a simple way to whiteboard virtually. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to add templates directly to an existing board, so I don't have to start a new one each time. It helps me organize my thoughts effectively. I don't use it every day, but more with planning and strategy tasks. its very easy to get started with and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to say; I think the font selection could definitely be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
an easy way to whiteboard online

Intuitive and quick to recommend

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface of Miro. Everything is displayed nicely and large, and many symbols are used that are clearly understandable. It was very easy to set up, I took at most a minute. I find that Miro fulfills everything I need without having to combine it with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am zoomed out far and press an arrow, I often select an arrow that is close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to create a flow diagram, and Miro's intuitive interface with clearly understandable symbols helps with that.

Excellent for complex thinking and research analysis!

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent for complex thinking: Lets you think spatially instead of linearly, which is ideal for my research tasks, when I need to map messy research in order to bring out patterns. It reduces cognitive load significantly durning analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables are functionally basic and lack complex cosmetization and formatting - they do not scale well for dense data content. They often end up looking rough compared to tables in tools like Excel/Google Docs. That is why I don't usually use it to present stakeholder-ready summaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am going to provide a top 5

1. It solves fragmented thinking across too many tools. It brings planning, notes and visuals into one shared space. I don't lose context by jumping between tools.
2. Makes sense of messy qualitative research. Really helps with synthesizing interviews/observations more naturally, patterns emerging faster than in more linear docs (like Word)
3. Alignment in cross-functional teams. It benefits me by providing understanding around priorities and scope, and we all literally see the same thing.
4.Obvious, but: it supports async collaboration, which help with fewer meetings for alignment.
5.It's flexibility with how it offers a low-constraint canvas that evolves with the work. I can start a messy canvas, then refine it as clarity increases, supporting the real and non-linear nature of UX research and planning.

Exceptionally Smooth Interface and Seamless Team Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has the most user-friendly and stable interface, which is smoother compared to other programs. The interaction of the shapes in my diagrams does not cause difficulties and overlap, the shapes do not interfere with each other. This may not seem significant, but in other applications it constantly bothered me. Secondly, it is a very convenient teamwork. The team can use the product from any device, operating system, and application, as it suits them.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. In the application on mac os, sometimes the list of boards disappears, I have to restart the application. 2. Sometimes you have to zoom in to make the arrows align more evenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When launching new projects, Miro helps visually describe the interaction of processes and systems, after which the project becomes clear to all participants.

Intuitive and easy to use! Miro is also ideal for team implementation.

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The point I like the most is that it can be used intuitively. When I submit materials to clients, I create elements in Miro, and it's also easy to integrate with other tools, so our team is actively considering adopting Miro. Some members have never used Miro, but since it's very easy to start using, I'm confident that its adoption will be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a minor point, but the differences between frames and diagrams are hard to understand. I believe there are introductory tutorial videos, but if you could introduce some use cases, I think I would be able to master using Miro better. As I am Japanese and not proficient in English, I cannot evaluate the quality of customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at an advertising agency, and I use Miro to illustrate how our company can positively impact clients. With diagrams and journey maps created in Miro, clients find it easier to agree on the areas where we can contribute.
