Great collaborative planning software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how robust the collaboration side of it is, I can easily see my coworkers on my boards and watch as new updates happen. I also really enjoy using all the different record types, like ERD diagrams, regular documents, tables, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
For ERD diagrams it was a bit surprising that the figures were behind a subscription plan since there were only a handful for ERD, but the additional upgrades include made sense for us to try out a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me by providing a unified workspace where we can have all our varying types of documents in one place.
Excellent tool, for process mapping and idea Wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
A brilliant tool for process mapping, initial screenshots and early product design work. I also find it extremely useful for structuring meetings on Teams and running discovery sessions. The ability to collaborate visually with colleagues makes it much easier to share ideas and build on each other’s input in real time. The range of templates is strong and helps me get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback for me is the lack of offline functionality on the mobile app. It would be incredibly useful to be able to work on boards while travelling, for example on a plane, where I often want to capture ideas or set up boards for upcoming meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me capture and organise ideas in a structured way, whether that is for process mapping, product design or planning upcoming meetings. It makes collaboration with colleagues far easier because everyone can contribute to the same board in real time. This has reduced the need for long follow up documents and keeps discussions focused and productive. It also helps me prepare more effectively for discovery sessions by turning scattered thoughts into clear visual plans.

Best Tool for Hybrid Work and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro's setup process intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to get started with its features. I appreciate its support for hybrid working, enabling real-time collaboration across different locations, which is crucial for my work. The box sticky note function is particularly useful during interviews, and the added capability of drawing diagrams and flowcharts enhances my productivity. I also value the recent addition of the time scale feature. Overall, Miro stands out as the best tool for my needs, especially given the necessity of having many collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of new features added, which is positive. But I think as a user who's been using Miro for more than three years now, almost four, it's difficult for me to always keep in touch and keep up to date with the changes. So I don't tend to use the new features as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables hybrid working by overcoming location barriers, allowing real-time collaboration with teams and clients, which benefits my work.
The best tool for visual collaboration and teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Miro facilitates real-time collaboration thanks to its intuitive boards filled with templates. It is very easy to use even for those who are not accustomed to this type of tool. In addition to being able to integrate other applications (such as Slack, Jira, or Google Drive) and the possibility for several team members to work simultaneously on the same board, which makes meetings and workshops more dynamic and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
In projects with many elements, the board can become a bit heavy and slow. Additionally, the learning curve to take advantage of all its advanced features can be somewhat steep, and the free version has limitations that can sometimes be restrictive for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me solve several problems related to collaboration and idea organization within my team. Before, it was complicated to coordinate brainstorming sessions because everyone worked on separate documents or in less dynamic presentations, and we ended up wasting time trying to unify the information. With Miro, now everything is on a single shared board where everyone can participate in real-time, making meetings more productive and ensuring that ideas are not lost.
As a remote-first tech company, Miro is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes collaboration effortless for retros, Big Room Planning, and strategy sessions. The intuitive interface means our entire team adopted it quickly, and the real-time collaboration features have completely transformed how we run workshops remotely. Highly recommend for any distributed team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at times, takes time to load and sometimes overall sluggish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaboration and visualisation in workshops

What do you like best about the product?
Working in a remote-first organisation, Miro is my go-to tool for unlocking collaboration and turning messy thinking into structured, aligned plans. Its flexibility means it easily adapts to a wide range of use cases.
I love the template library, which saves me time by removing the need to start from a blank canvas, and the Jira integration, which prevents duplicating information across tools.
Honestly, I couldn’t do my job without Miro.

When I'm running a workshop, if someone clicks on the frame, no one else can edit the frame.

I think Miro is a fantastic collaboration tool that helps me visualise information for the purpose of discussion and alignment. I use Miro in most of my meetings to help me facilitate and keep everyone engaged and on the same page.
