Great collaboration tool with minor challenges
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it makes collaboration smooth and visual. It’s easy to bring people together, brainstorm, and organize ideas in one place. The variety of templates and integrations helps speed up work, and even complex projects become easier to understand when mapped out on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards can feel heavy and slow when there are a lot of elements or many people working at the same time. Also, the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote collaboration and keeping everyone aligned. It makes it easy to brainstorm, plan projects, and visualize complex processes in one shared space. Thanks to that, our team works more efficiently and stays on the same page, even when we are not in the same location
Seamless Team Collaboration with Miro, Needs Better iPad Compatibility
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Miro facilitates team collaboration, making it easy to share ideas and work with others in real-time. The abundance of templates makes it user-friendly, simplifying setups for new projects. I also appreciate the integration with Jira, linking tasks directly without redundant work. The platform simplifies alignment and communication, especially valuable in my role as a remote product manager. Miro's ease of use stands out, allowing me to effortlessly adapt and invite team members to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that using Miro on my iPad is not that friendly. I wish it were more user-friendly on devices like the iPad or the phone. It would be really helpful for me to use it on the go or to jot down thoughts as if it's my notebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team collaboration, enabling real-time sharing and communication. It helps align my remote team and aids in organizing my research as a product manager. Integrating with Jira enhances task management without double-entry, making workflow seamless.
A power user for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for approx. 70% of my work. I use it to structure my thinking, but also use it for collaboration with colleagues. It's easy to use, and many features make it even easier to use. You open up a board and are ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the post-its, but sometimes it'd be nice to place more text in it before the text becomes unreadable (too much zooming).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly structuring my analysis work and collaborating with colleagues, based on the analysis we run.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to operate. I use it everyday on my current work.
We operate it with several teams, and several people around the world. Easy to implement on a company day use, since its so simple to understand. Tools are enough for brainstorming and daily discussion.
I would recommend it 100%.

Brainstorming on design ideas on a global team, operating remotelly.
Great System I use in numerous ways
What do you like best about the product?
I use MindMaps for a bunch of different things. It's a visual way of picturing things like workflow, sales, and projects. I use different color combinations so that at a glance I can instantly get a very good picture of what is going on. I use it every day, multiple times during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are two things that I would say need improvement. First some of my mind maps are pretty big, so speed to load and make changes becomes somewhat less than desirable. The other are the nodes where you have a parent child situation. If you change the color of the parent node changes the color of all the child nodes to that parent. It would be nice if it didn't or if you were given the choice to change all or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers through their journey. Creating an overall picture of customers and prospects and where they are based on timeline and likelihood of prospects becoming customers. Finally also use it for my weekly activities and projects so I can see activity and progress.
Best experience to track works and mind mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time working experience with a team remotely from around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The massage notification does not get updated once it is being checked on one device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep all team records in one place. Minimizing search time for files, notes & references.
Unstructured and visual collaboration at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so adaptable to so many different situations where unstructured and visual collaboration are so important – whether it's for creating easy prototypes, synthesising customer research, or prototyping new ideas, Miro really stands out for its ease of use, speed and ability to make remote collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that can be improved is the organisation of each Miro board – they're making big improvements in this area, but it's often challenging to find old boards .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is the ability to collaborate with other people in an easy way remotely.
It is the best software I'v used to draw diagrams, share discovery, gather feedback and align team.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add almost everything there, screenshot, comments, sticky note, table, shape, etc., and don't need to worry about the file size cap, shape size cap. And it allows multiple people to collaborate in the same board, and the data is streaming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't attach emails there, sometimes the emails includes a lot of communication, decisions, I would like to upload to Miro as the reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A board to share huge screenshots, collaborate with my team and client stakeholders.
Collaborating as the old times - but much better.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you cocreate as the old times: you feel you are looking to a huge blank wall, where you are "drawing" with partners with pens and post its, it's practical, and it's really easy to everyone new to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually... nothing.
Maybe an app? Would be nice to just open an app in the computer like canva and figma has, as I use a lot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To brainstorm together, it's easy to keep everyone's ideas in one place, withou loosing track of any info.
It benefits as a time saving - and we don't need to have like a lead making notes for everyone - Miro does itself.
