Quick, collaborative and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy the collaboration features are to use. I use my boards in the planning phases of web design projects and to share complex ideas during client meetings. It's quick enough to be useful for brainstorming and flexible enough to flesh out a whole idea. Great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little rigid. I'd like more flexibility to customize layouts and make elements interactive. The community libraries are really good, but when i go to look for documentation on how to build more complex layouts myself, I run into a wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to have clients collaborate on wirefames, user journeys, and site strategy diagrams in real time. It cuts down the time we spend prepping documents for early project phases and removes friction from the feedback meetings.
Miro helps me organise and visualise my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for years and I love it for processing my ideas/ thoughts. When I see the ideas laid out in a visual way, I am able to better find connections, gaps. It is very very easy to use, pretty much just jump into it and get going as it is quite intuitive. I use if all the time, everyday, from creating wireframes for our website to planning a strategy for our paid aids.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any negatives to say about Miro. I love using it so I recommend it all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, it has helped me 1) figure out workflows to improve our efficiences and automations 2) map out enhancements to our company website - clearly addressing the customer journey needs 3) establish a new paid ads structure by laying out in detail our customer personas and pain points. Miro helps me think clearer and better.
Excellent design collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to gather insights and create affinity maps, journey maps, share and present research findings, and collaborate on ideas.
We often use Miro as a place to quickly get started on synthesising research in a collaborative manner.
We often use Miro as a place to quickly get started on synthesising research in a collaborative manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit fiddly to organise and arrange, but it is not really an issue at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UX research synthesis, visual communication of problems and ideas, sometimes for wireframing solutions
Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I'm working on a presentation. I was asked to put it in PowerPoint, but I insisted that I put it in Miro. PowerPoint only has so much room. With Miro, I can go on forever and all I have to do is zoom in and out to show the big picture and to show the details
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but sometimes I find it challenging to format text in a text box or on a panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to visually show stakeholders how a user can go through several different pages. The different paths they can take depending on the button or link they hit. I can show all of this in one board and it will keep going. My pain with PP is that there was a hard cut off and I'd have to go to another slide so it can be a visually jarring experience for viewers. With Miro, I can for example, show one page, then zoom in and show path 1 (and it can go on for several pages), then I can zoom back out to show the full main baseline page again, and zoom in again to show path 2. I think this makes it easier for my audience to visualize the different paths users can take.
Easy to organize and visualize project tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the flowchart board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I try to type on a sticky note, it will edit the name of the board on accident or default maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps a remote team visualize all components of a project plan.
Fast, easy to use, amazing collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to make slides, fast load times, easy cut and paste, photo editing within the app. Intuitive to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get bogged down with things like pdfs being placed in it. Once you know, you can work differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working and collaborating internally cross-office. Sharing the journey with clients. Seeing a complete history of a project whenever needed. Fast, reliable, easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Email Marketing Manager at a SaaS company, I love how Miro makes it easy to juggle multiple projects at once. The boards let me map out each project in a clear way and stay aligned with teams like Product and Sales. It’s also super handy for building data flow maps for example, mapping how data moves from our warehouse into the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t see any major issues. It’s a pleasure to work with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me turn the “organized mess” of working across different teams into something clear and manageable. It makes it much easier to handle dependencies and collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams without things getting lost or misaligned.
Miro is a spectacular platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Miro is the collaboration. Whiteboarding and ideating is made incredibly simple with Miro, and it has introduced a ton of pieces to make collaboration easier since I started using it years ago
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite thing about Miro is Navigating the toolbar. There are just so many items and a lot going on and pinning everything you might want is a hassle. I do appreciate that there is so much functionality but having ALL of that functionality tucked in the same place is somewhat intimidating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily collaboration and presentations. We use it mostly for whiteboarding, ideating and journey mapping, and have recently begun using it for presentations
