A flexible collaboration tool that makes remote teamwork easier

  • September 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use and quick to implement, so teams can jump in without a steep learning curve. The wide range of features, from sticky notes to advanced templates, covers almost every collaboration need, and the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive make it fit naturally into our workflow. I use it frequently for workshops, planning, and brainstorming, and it always helps keep everyone aligned. Customer support has also been helpful whenever questions come up, which makes adoption even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming with large boards, performance slows down when too many elements are added, especially if the internet connection isn’t strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of bringing distributed teams together in one shared space. Instead of long meetings or endless email threads, we can brainstorm, map processes, and align on ideas visually in real time. It reduces miscommunication and speeds up decision-making because everyone sees the same board and can contribute at once. For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency, workshops, project planning, and design discussions that once took days now take a single session, with clear outputs we can act on immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro — it’s an excellent collaborative tool that makes working with teams seamless, whether in the same room or spread across the globe. It’s especially powerful for brainstorming, running workshops, and UX discovery sessions, where ideas need to be captured quickly and organized visually. The flexibility of the boards, combined with real-time collaboration, makes it easy to bring people together and keep momentum going. It’s become one of my go-to tools for turning scattered thoughts into structured outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if the board is quite populated can be a bit slow, also would like to be able to add videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling collaboration in a remote work setup is essential for maintaining productivity and teamwork. It helps team members stay connected and work together effectively, even when they are not in the same physical location.

Organized Agile Workflows and Clear Roadmaps

  • September 24, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it incredibly easy to design and customize Kanban boards, which has been a game changer for my agile workflows. I can organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and visualize progress all in one space. The ability to map out roadmaps visually helps me and my team align on priorities and timelines. Its drag-and-drop interface feels intuitive, and the wide variety of templates saves a lot of setup time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of features. There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially when collaborating with people who aren’t familiar with digital whiteboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize agile workflows by giving me a clear way to map out tasks on Kanban boards and visualize roadmaps. This makes it easier to prioritize work, assign responsibilities, and keep track of progress across teams. It has reduced the time spent in status meetings, improved collaboration, and created more transparency in project timelines. Overall, it helps me align strategy with execution in one shared space.

Effortless collaboration and intuitive tools

  • September 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is how easy it is for anyone to start using this tool. Sharing with both internal and external stakeholders is straightforward, making collaboration seamless. We rely on it daily for prototyping, workshops, and strategy sessions. I especially appreciate that new team members can quickly get started in the cloud without needing to download or install anything. Integrating it with our existing workflows and tools has also been a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when files become very large—which does happen from time to time—the page can slow down somewhat. It would be helpful to have some safeguards in place to address this, though it's a minor issue that only affects a small number of our files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we use it to organize all our system components in a single location. It provides a comprehensive overview of our entire ecosystem's architecture. This has proven to be extremely helpful, especially as our company grows and the need to document everything, including all workflows, becomes increasingly important.

I am very happy with Miro, it is the perfect solution we were looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
We used a physcial whiteboard before Miro and it made it very slow and difficult when people worked remotely. We are now able to make quick adjustments and share with our team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small issue that is easy to work around is that we have a table on our board which we can fill out. For some reason on Mobile, I am unable to fill out boxes in the grid and instead have to create a new test box and position where I need. I then delete it and enter things again when I am back at my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use a physical white board with magnets and tags as a fleet management system. We would always need to update tags or tolerate out of date information. It was not possible to use remotely either, we would need to call someone who had access to board to adjust it. We can also use it from our workspace which doesn't disrupt the flow of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
really strong ability to visualize and capture tons of content. really good group work capabilities. really good facilitation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
project management, work tracking, documents, etc... these are all nice to haves, but they have a long way to go to achieve the usefulness of word or docs. so it is hard to understand how to build them into a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I facilitate large project meetings and collect substantial feedback, which I later distill using AI tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean and user-friendly interface of Miro, which makes it easy to adapt and start working immediately. The ability to work in a team in real-time and collaborate is especially useful for my architecture studies. Additionally, the integration with other applications like Google Images, Google Meet, and Google Drive is a great benefit, as I work a lot in the cloud. I also appreciate the large size of the board, which allows me to avoid the accumulation of many files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of the sheets that can be imported is very small, and when you zoom in, they are not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for real-time collaborative work and plan review, easily accepting applications like Google Drive, facilitating my academic process without the need for multiple files.

Miro is the perfect collaboration tool

  • September 23, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect collaboration tool for working with students and for teams in my workshop sessions. It is incredibly easy to use, so I don’t need to spend much time explaining how it works – everyone can get started right away.
Another big advantage is that Miro constantly improves its platform on a regular basis. Every new feature that is introduced is designed with simplicity in mind, which means it integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
For me, Miro combines ease of use, continuous improvement, and great functionality – making it the perfect tool for collaboration and creative teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited, and advanced features can get expensive if you want to use it with larger groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my hybrid class, one student is located in Shanghai while the rest are in Switzerland. Without the right tool, it would be very difficult to create a shared learning experience and keep everyone equally engaged. Miro solves this problem by giving us one central platform where all students can collaborate in real time, no matter where they are.

It brings everyone together on the same digital whiteboard, so distance and time zones no longer create barriers. Students can contribute ideas, visualize concepts, and interact with each other just as if they were in the same room. For me, this has been a huge benefit because it makes hybrid learning truly inclusive and dynamic.

What do you like best about the product?
Possibilities offered such as : creating diagram, put ideas like in a whiteboard
Invite people easily
It helps in some case the participation
What do you dislike about the product?
Some diagram are not so easy to use even you spend time. Such as orgchart, it as to be mor flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conserving ideas and gathering them all in one place is very helpful. When I share my mind maps, it reduces misunderstandings and makes it easier for others to understand my points, which in turn shortens the time needed to find solutions. This not only saves me time at work but also helps me persuade other stakeholders more effectively.
