Best digital platform for sharing ideas

  • September 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for team meetings and teaching. I use it to write notes, add data charts, and facilitate brainstorming sessions. It’s versatile and user-friendly. I also appreciate being able to share a link with partners and students, making it a collaborative resource and a shared record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is internet based, which has a lot of pros, but also the con of lagging if there is a slow connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of how to share information (in written, data table, chart and graph form) smoothly, in one link. This makes my job a little more simple. Before Miro, I had to use a handful of tools for the same job.

Visual Collaboration Made Easy

  • September 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it makes visual collaboration effortless. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas, mapping workflows, or running workshops, the infinite canvas gives the team complete freedom to organize thoughts creatively. The variety of templates and easy-to-use tools help us get started quickly, and real-time collaboration means everyone can contribute no matter where they are. It’s a great way to make ideas tangible and keep the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Miro is that large boards with lots of content can sometimes feel cluttered and a bit slow to navigate. For new users, the wide range of features and tools can be overwhelming at first. Also, some of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans. That said, once you get familiar with it, Miro is extremely powerful for visual collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve the challenge of visual collaboration, especially for remote or distributed teams. Instead of relying on static documents or long email threads, we can brainstorm, map workflows, and run workshops in real-time on a shared canvas. It makes complex ideas easier to understand, keeps everyone on the same page, and speeds up decision-making. Overall, it has made planning and collaboration more interactive, efficient, and engaging for the whole team.

What I like is that it's all on one big board, so everything is right there in front of you. It's simple to jot things down, keep track of them, and not have to worry about where you wrote something. It really is the type of the tool that we end up using on a daily basis. It was so easy to setup and get started. I'm glad we integrated this into our workflow.

Best tool for collaboration and strategy planning

  • September 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
MMiro has become one of the most essential tools in my daily workflow - not just for structured use cases, but also casual meetings, async workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions in our remote company.
It's flexible enough to run multiple different sessions from quick brainstorming to mapping out a multi-product roadmap.
I use it daily and extensively to design collaborative workshops, run planning meetings and drive async communications.
Its not just a whiteboard is where I think, plan and make decisions - and Miro as the central nervous system is maing all work in the company more visual and inclusive.
AI tools in Miro are getting better each day and are taking a big load off the research and synthetization part, as a facilitator in the background of the sessions.
It is easy to integrate with Jira, Confluence and Slack - so it creates a great way to keep daily use practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I am waiting for new features...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving two major problems: boring, unproductive meetings and the challenge of async collaboration in remote setup.

Miro makes meetings interactive, visual sessions keeping people involved and contributing. Platform is easy to use so everyone can jump in without needind extensive onboarding.
Wide range of features makes it easy for facilitators like me to adapt the type of sessions without needing to switch tools.

What do you like best about the product?
As an architectural designer, I’ve been using Miro since my college days, through my master’s program, and now into my career.
What I love is that it has all the tools architects need in one place—I use it for brainstorming, quick sketching, collecting comments, and organizing ideas. It’s become an essential part of my design workflow, helping me think visually and collaborate seamlessly with others!!
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are too many JPG files, Miro can sometimes get a bit laggy. Usually, I just replace the original images with quick screenshots to solve this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me track non-linear design ideas and organize my thoughts, bringing all the visual materials together on one platform.

Essential for Collaborative Brainstorming

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time collaboration features are outstanding. It's like being in the same room even when we're all working remotely. The ability to see what others are doing on the board instantly and the video chat integration make meetings so much more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's very powerful, the lack of deep customization can be a bit frustrating. For example, I wish there were more options to create custom templates from scratch or adjust the behavior of certain elements to fit a unique workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Before Miro, remote collaboration was a nightmare. Our team's brainstorming sessions were disjointed, and we struggled to get everyone's ideas on the table in a clear, organized way. It was hard to get a "big picture" view of a project, as ideas were scattered across different documents and tools.

Benefit: Miro solves this by providing a single, infinite canvas where we can see and work on everything together in real-time. It's a central hub for all our ideas and project planning, which has made our meetings more efficient and our overall workflow much more cohesive.
