What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that are easily understood and efficient in my work

No ability to check paid features like prototyping before subscribing to a plan

It’s having all of my thoughts on one project in one big space that allows all of the team members to collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use, looks beautiful. They also integrate with Jira, and I used it all the time for brainstorming, doing presentations, and featuring it in Confluence for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. May be integrate with outlook next so I can embed the boards in emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn ideas into simple diagrams quickly

Easy to use for brainstorming

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use—simple, yet effective. I use it all the time to brainstorm menu ideas, and it makes sharing and collaborating with team members effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, adding new arms to brainstorms can be somewhat fiddly, and aligning shapes or text when moving them is often challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed! Miro is fast, responsive and intuitive. Our whole team use it frequently for presentations, collaborative reviews, mind maps, planning, sales and quick fire research. It's replaced many of our more traditional presentation tools. e.g. Indesign / Powerpoint and become the go-to tool in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way grouped elements are handled can feel unintuitive. Often when I’m working with multiple layers or nested groups, I end up “trapped” inside a stack of grouped items. It can be difficult to quickly ungroup, select, or edit the right layer. A clearer visual hierarchy, or a more flexible grouping/ungrouping workflow (perhaps with a sidebar view of layers, like design software) would really improve usability. The text formatting options are quite limited, I'd love an option to have multiple text sizes per box.

Everyday tool

What do you like best about the product?
I can't imagine my workday without Miro. It has become as essential to me as Outlook or a web browser. I regularly use it for eventstorming sessions, refinements, and brainstorming. Since I collaborate with remote teams around the world, Miro enables us to work together seamlessly on technical designs and processes. The wide range of predefined shapes and templates makes it easy to get started and helps ensure we follow industry standards when outlining new projects and solutions.
It's also great that work can be shared with limited users or people outside the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using a desktop application, and there is nothing to dislike about Miro :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is bridging the gap between technology and business stakeholders. It helps ensure everyone is aligned, mapping business needs to user stories, and, with the help of Jirra integration, translating them into development tasks. Miro supports us in reworking existing processes and uncovering new solutions. Thanks to Miro, we are confident that we are building the right solutions and accelerating our delivery. It also enables us to share knowledge effectively across the organization.

The easiest way to collaborate as a team

What do you like best about the product?
You're able to create project spaces that allow the team to work, comment and iterate live. You can also house multiple formats of content, whether it's decks, docs, wireframes, they can all be integrated into your space. It allows our team to move much faster than other software, that requires people to open multiple documents, save their changes, email them over. It's significantly reduced the turnaround time for our creative and content projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm yet to discover any major blockers, it can be a little fiddly getting used to as a new software, but once it clicks it's brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows our business to collaborate more efficiently, we've previously struggled with the pace of work with approvals and inputs from colleagues taking a lot of time to allow us to iterate ideas. Miro has meant that people can dip in and out much easier, leave notes and allow the main creators to iterate quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Miro to be an excellent platform throughout my design career, having used it for five years. I use Miro on a daily basis and over this time, I have experienced various versions of Miro and have consistently been impressed by the ongoing enhancements to its features. These improvements have made it incredibly easy for me to collaborate with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working closely with clients on different boards, they've encountered challenges with copying and pasting content between boards to maintain relevance and structure. I understand that this limitation likely exists to keep information secure within each board, but I wonder if there might be alternative ways to support teams in collaborating with their clients across boards without facing this obstacle.

The other challenge I have is uploading large images on the board – would love to see if there could be improvements in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a lot of value for me—it allows me to create prototypes directly on a board, collaborate seamlessly with clients, and compile outputs or reports all within a single platform. This saves me considerable time, as I no longer need to switch back and forth between different tools; everything I need is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use the canvas for mapping out customer journey experiences. It's a great tool for collaborating and running workshops to brainstorm ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to draw flowchats compared to other applications i have used in the past

ability to include comment, add emojis, paint, available of hundreds of chats option type and style to pick from

Miro is helping me as a consultant to draw out process flow and take my clients and customers through the journey of the application and how t works. oit saves me from hiring a software designer in helping me draw out the wireframes and ui design

What do you like best about the product?
I work with young people, and Miro's ease of use is essential. I have been consitently impressed with the board's various tools, and more than this, with the knowledge and kindness of the customer support. I use Miro on a daily basis, and it is by far the best board I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
My perhaps singular issue with Miro is that I'm not sure how I'll ever be able to move to another board in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a board to work with students across the world. Using Miro has enable me to better meet the needs of my students.
