Flexible and Effective

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can all be in the board at the same time. We can use it to communicate ideas and tasks, as well as store frequently accessed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little clunky sometimes. I feel like some of the tools take too much adjustment to get them where I want them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro primarily to track tasks and progress by teammate, along with tracking ideas for the project and the overall schedule.

Turning ideas into action has never been easier

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is hands down the best platform to transform ideas into action. It makes it incredibly easy to create flowcharts, tables, workflows, and the best part is being able to do it together with your team in real time. The collaboration feels seamless, and it truly boosts creativity and productivity during brainstorming or planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one thing I’d improve, it’s the freemium plan, it’s quite limited, especially for teams that want to explore more advanced features or create multiple boards. Still, Miro’s overall experience is so powerful and intuitive that it’s absolutely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves one of the biggest challenges in teamwork, bringing people’s ideas together and turning them into clear, actionable plans. Before using it, collaborating on brainstorming sessions, project workflows, or design processes felt scattered across different tools and documents.

Miro Makes Remote Collaboration Visual, Intuitive, and Fun

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly effective for remote collaboration — it feels like a real whiteboard in the cloud, but with superpowers. The infinite canvas makes it easy to brainstorm, cluster ideas, and build frameworks without worrying about space. The wide range of built-in templates (for agile boards, mind maps, retrospectives, etc.) saves time and sparks creativity.

I also like how simple it is to onboard new teammates — even people who don’t consider themselves “visual” thinkers can jump in and contribute. Features like sticky notes, voting, and timer tools make workshops and innovation sprints more engaging than traditional calls or slide decks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users — too many options at once. For bigger boards with lots of participants, performance can slow down, especially if there are many images or embeds. The permission model can also be a bit tricky; sharing across different teams or external stakeholders often requires extra clicks and license considerations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration. In the past, brainstorming or ideation sessions required physical whiteboards or long slide decks that didn’t capture the fluidity of ideas. Now, our team can collaborate in real time, no matter where people are located. It’s easier to capture diverse perspectives, keep ideas organized, and maintain a clear record of decisions after the session ends. The result is more inclusive, engaging, and productive workshops.

Truly useful for strategic management

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro serves us as a unified hub for everything related to innovation, ideation, strategic planning and design thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
You might find sometimes that to enable basic features you need to upgrade to a more expensive tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating multiple platforms and serving as a point of entry to get into other document repositories.

Extremely useful, simple, and potent.

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use miro to track my workflow, I keep it up at all times on my third monitor and use it for various reference information, tracking task management, and taking quick notes. Its very quick and easy to set up a visually pleasing board that is organized and readable. The free form nature of the board makes it much more compelling that some other similar products I've attempted to use for the same role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the sticky notes to auto size easier (but this is purely a visual preference of mine).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aids immensely in organization and keeping things from falling between the cracks. I am able to address things more promptly and accurately. I keep a mix of current tasks and reference information that I need from time to time.

Easy Modelling with Miro

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a frequent Miro user I can say that Modeling with Miro is straightforward and user-friendly. One feature I particularly appreciate is how simple it is to duplicate a model, with the sharing permissions automatically carried over as well. Additionally, everyone who has access receives an immediate notification when a new model is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find it difficult to tell whether I am moving a single item or the entire model, which can be quite confusing. Having a different cursor appearance would make it much easier to distinguish between the two actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it possible to logically model Enterprise MDM domains, and it also simplifies sharing your work whenever there are updates or changes.
