What do you like best about the product?
Its potential to reach audiences that we couldnt or wouldnt be able to reach to do creative workshops with in person. It has provided us with amazing adaptable templates for facilitating work within our team and with our many partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of our clients can access MIRO from within their own organisational accounts for privacy reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MIRO for many of our audience and partner workshops to explore ideas, to evaluate their work collaborative and to faciliate discussions. MIRO has provided us with many different templates that we have adapted or applied directly to our workshops - our clients and participants generally love the aesthtics and intuitive working. It has meant that we can reach many more people, partners, participants who we could not have otherwise reached either because of their access needs for in person workshops or because of financial barriers

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really love this tool to work online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves my problem of having to work with multiple clients at the same time and with a team spread across the world.

Easy tool for collaborative brainstorming

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for quick brainstorming and breaking down ideas into pieces that can be planned. It is collaborative and several people can work on the same boards simultaneously. New users can be onboarded quickly. There is also a developer support with good documentation for extending the capabilities of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JIRA plugin is sometimes difficult to use and seems to require a lot of configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with collaborating in a common space that is easy to use and accessible for everyone. The visual features are a strength, e.g. for creating clear diagrams with relevant colors and tags on the objects as needed. It's easy to add stickies, shapes and boards as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI features offered, as they make the system very easy to use and quite intuitive. I had never used this type of solution in other companies, I started using it recently and I am really enjoying the experience. I also appreciate the option to create groups, as this allows my entire team to work collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any disadvantages. I have been using it for 3 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the development of processes and service flowcharts, I noticed that organization and detail are fundamental to ensuring an efficient flow. Clarity in defining each step facilitates understanding and execution of tasks, contributing to a more agile and structured service.

From creativity to business

  • October 09, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
My friends and I discovered Miro as a tool for our D&D campaigns. It allowed for collaboration and creativity to flow in real time with each other. Years later, the company I work with remembered using it, and now we manage our calendar/scheduling for our daily workforce using the whiteboard. It's a great tool for all our users to get easy and quick updates, and make any changes quickly. Can't imagine using anything else now!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of items on our calendar board, and when I go to copy and paste them, it doesn't grab all of them. Sometimes it misses some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used a whiteboard in our shop to track where all our people were on any given day, and that grew tedious very fast. As updating it required you to be in the shop and most people were on a job site. Then we tried just using google calendar, but we couldn't add people without giving them a work email account, and we don't give those to everyone based on our industry. So we needed to find a solution for us to have all our workforce, at any given moment, show on the same page. AND for us to easily move them around as jobs are updated sometimes daily.

A must-have collaboration tool for creative teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely transformed the way our team collaborates. The intuitive interface, wide range of templates, and real-time co-editing make brainstorming and project planning effortless. It’s incredibly flexible — perfect for everything from design sprints and retrospectives to strategy mapping and mind-mapping sessions. The integration with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace makes it even more powerful and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Miro. It’s well-designed, reliable, and continuously improving with every update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has streamlined our collaboration process, especially for remote and cross-functional teams. It helps us easily map out customer journeys, brainstorm new ideas, and plan strategies visually — all in one place. The ability to mind map, prototype, and co-create in real time saves hours of back-and-forth communication. It keeps everyone aligned and ensures that projects move forward efficiently. Overall, Miro has improved both our creativity and productivity by turning complex discussions into actionable visual workflows.

Great intuitive tool for collaborative work

What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner managing multiple teams, I find this tool incredibly effective for collaborative day-to-day work. Its intuitive user interface requires no onboarding, so team members can start using it right away. I especially appreciate the ability to create separate boards for each project, allowing us to organise and track only the relevant information in a focused and efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the number of projects I manage, I’ve noticed the desktop app can become a bit heavy and slow to load. For my workflow, the web version performs more smoothly and has become my go-to option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Centralised collaboration across teams and projects: with multiple teams and projects running in parallel, Miro gives us a single, visual workspace where everyone can collaborate in real time. No matter where they are.

2. Clarity and structure in project management: miro allows us to create separate boards for each project, making it easy to keep discussions, ideas, and tasks organised and context-specific. This prevents information overload and ensures each team only sees what’s relevant to them.

3. Faster onboarding and adoption: its user-friendly interface means team members don’t need training to start using it. That saves us time and keeps productivity high.

4. Flexible access and performance: for businesses like mine with many simultaneous projects, Miro’s web version performs better than the desktop app, allowing us to work faster and with fewer tech-related disruptions.

5. Visual thinking and decision-making: I'm a visual learner, and Miro turns abstract ideas into visual workflows, making it easier for us to brainstorm, plan, and make decisions together.

What do you like best about the product?
The infinite space we have to put our ideas into tangible stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
The aftermath of putting up ideas all over the place and then it's difficult to organise and place a sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Product Owner. Leading a umbrella of products under me and our end to end ideation happens over there

Great collaboration

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been very easy for our teams to pick up and start working with, from simply adding post-it notes to boards to using some of the more complex Kanban and prototyping features. This has helped our team collaborate quickly and get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding layer control to boards would enable access to more features and enhance their functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business strategy and product design.
