review on the miro product
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its user-friendly interface, which makes collaboration incredibly easy and fast. I use it daily for my thesis, work projects, and personal planning, and I find it very quick to set up each time. The seamless collaboration experience is something I truly enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I wish Miro would improve is the addition of more shortcuts and hotkeys, as this would make navigation much smoother. The limitation of only three boards for free accounts feels quite restrictive, and the session time is also rather short. I also find it inconvenient to have to log in again from time to time. Overall, I think Miro is an amazing product, but I would appreciate a few small tweaks to make the experience more seamless, such as better support for iPad. Additionally, the integration with Google Docs could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main advantage is that I need a large digital whiteboard that is easy to access, and this is exactly what Miro provides. It works without limitations or unnecessary extra steps.
Best tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and offers a wide variety of templates for running dynamic activities. Its interface is visually appealing and intuitive. I use Miro weekly, and when I taught someone else how to use it, the experience was smooth and positive. I've never needed to contact customer support. I’ve also used Miro integrated with Jira, and the experience for the development team was better than working directly in Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am experiencing issues when trying to open Miro on Microsoft Edge. The boards are not loading, and today I was only able to access them through the app. Additionally, I think Miro should add more music options to the cronometer feature. For large, dynamic activities, having only six music tracks is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a platform that allows me to collaborate with various stakeholders and bring all product requirements together in one place.
Use this took weekly!

I have no complaints; it fulfills all our needs and even exceeds our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the visuals, the templates, and how easily I can display a workflow in a visual format. This tool allows us to present and illustrate our processes clearly, without the need for lengthy, wordy documents.
Miro is just a great software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Miro is its versatility. The tool isn’t just great for creating diagrams or mapping workflows — it also works perfectly as a framework tool for running workshops or gathering feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add here. I like everything about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves my problem of having to use many different tools because it’s such a versatile solution.
Essential Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Decision-Making
What do you like best about the product?
I love the infinite canvas space Miro offers, which allows for unrestricted growth. The templates and community are fantastic, enhancing the tool's usefulness. Its modern, well-designed interface and the straightforward setup with helpful tooltips also stand out. The tool significantly saves time by streamlining stakeholder alignments, decision-making, and visual collaboration across countries. I find its timer, sections, post-its voting, and template community especially useful. I highly value the customization options, making the tool fit seamlessly into my company's brand requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the links between different boards in Miro lacking. Currently, it's not efficient when I click on another board that I've linked. For instance, if I have a customer journey map and a related customer journey map on another product, I want it to be more visually available for everyone without having to click and expand. I also wish there were a better way to embed other Miro boards within this board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to save time on stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and visual thinking across multiple countries. Its templates, which I can easily customize, streamline collaboration and allow for both synchronous and asynchronous work.

Would have been great if the collaboration feature could be improved. Currently it is sort of a hassle to collaborate.

Miro is making it easy for me to represent my thoughts and create a flowchart of any process maps.
Makes teamwork a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how flexible Miro is I can brainstorm, map out projects, and organize ideas all in one place. It’s super visual, so I can see everything clearly, and the drag-and-drop interface makes moving things around really easy. I also love that I can collaborate in real time with my team even when we’re all working remotely, it feels like we’re in the same room. The templates are helpful when I don’t know where to start, and I appreciate how simple it is to get started without needing a tutorial. Overall, it just makes teamwork feel smoother and less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing comes to my mind right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of messy, hard-to-follow collaboration. Before using it, brainstorming or planning projects with the team often meant long email threads, lost notes, or confusion about what everyone was working on. With Miro, we can put all ideas, plans, and workflows in one visual space. It makes discussions faster, keeps everyone on the same page, and saves a lot of time. I can see progress in real time, give feedback instantly, and organize everything clearly which makes teamwork way less stressful and more productive.
A must-have for productivity and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I love how visual and flexible it is, you can map out complex ideas, design workflows, or run workshops all in one place. The real-time collaboration feels smooth and natural, even with large remote teams. Templates, sticky notes, and integrations with tools like Jira and Slack make it easy to stay organized and productive without losing creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike, but sometimes large boards can get a bit heavy and slow to load, especially when many people are collaborating at once. Also, managing permissions and organizing multiple boards could be more intuitive for bigger teams. Aside from that, it’s an amazing tool that keeps getting better with every update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps bring structure and clarity to complex ideas. It allows my team to collaborate visually on strategy, workflows, and product concepts no matter where we are. Instead of scattered notes and endless meetings, we can align quickly on one shared board. It’s been a huge boost for productivity, creativity, and cross-team communication, saving time while improving the quality of our planning and brainstorming sessions.
Using Miro for many different streams of work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can combine lots of different types of work into one space. I work across different companies and disciplines, each with their own preferences for working, so Miro helps to compile everything into one easy space. I like that it's colourful and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that work done in Miro can be difficult to share or easily transfer into other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem I have is working with people from different organisations, Miro fixes the problem of different formats by allowing one space for everything to be shared easily. It is great that everything is visible in one space, to reduce the need for working with too many tabs open.
Daily collaborator
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a very strong foundation for individual and group creation, innovation, communication of ideas, and their transformation into actual products in everyday practice. I particularly appreciate the extensive methodological background and the integrations, which make it a truly effective and integral part of daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with the constant UI changes results in a loss of time for me. I work with multiple clients, and the absence of multi-domain (independent logins) management is highly problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business architect, I can use it both in organizational and process development, as well as in software requirements specification — from conceptual design and facilitating workshops to overseeing concrete development activities.
