Enhanced Visual Workflows, Easy for Teams

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to establish and document workflows for our team, and it solves the problem of documenting a flow clearly. I love the ease of use in Miro; the navigation panel and formatting tools allow newcomers to dive right in. I also love the sharing capabilities across team members. The navigation panel is clean and clear to understand, making it easy to access previously worked on boards or add a note to a current board. I also love how the keyboard shortcuts align with other top design software brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is capable of so much but I never take the time to learn about features that may be new to me. I think I would be more inclined to watch a Tolstoy or short video about 'Miro Tip of the Day' explaining a feature and making it easy to learn something new without diving into a training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to establish and document workflows, solving the problem of explaining flows clearly by creating a graphic language for our team.

Intuitive Interface, Perfect for School Projects

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro very useful for making my school projects like PowerPoints. There are lots of options that are great to use, making it very easy for a user. I like its easy and attractive interface, which helps me a lot in my school projects. I appreciate the slides and the effects, and also the text features. It allows me to use different fonts of various sizes and colors, which is really helpful. When I need to highlight important points in my slides, I can bold them and make them colorful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could improve by introducing some AI features that help users collect data from the internet and images. Also, the initial setup wasn't that easy, but it was manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for school projects because its easy and attractive interface helps me a lot.

Simple Yet Powerful Tools, Needs Better Guidance

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's simple but powerful tools. They help me create diagrams quickly, especially when describing our internal refund process. The tools integrate seamlessly with our Confluence, saving us time and making the process efficient. It's also great for creating schemes to explain complex processes to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more guidance for when you start using the tools. I want to see more pop-ups that would explain how to do things. The initial setup was not that easy for me to navigate, that is why I said earlier that it could be more simplified or more guided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it intuitively easy to create illustrations of difficult processes. Its simple but powerful tools allow us to quickly make diagrams for processes like refunds, integrating well with Confluence.

Intuitive Tool for Block Diagram Mastery

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for understanding my DSA concepts by making block diagrams. I like how it creates wonderful and interactive layouts for these diagrams, which are easy to understand and configurable. I also enjoy its simple interface, which provides all the required options in one place, like the tool sidebar. The tool sidebar is valuable to me because it contains all the options for creating block diagrams and includes AI creation options. Setting up Miro was straightforward, as it was just a sign-up page, and it was ready to use. I would rate my likelihood to recommend Miro as 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should also provide interactive ready-to-use templates, with different classifications like work, academics, and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro creates interactive layouts for block diagrams, making them easy to understand and configure. Its simple interface with a tool sidebar offers all needed options in one place, even AI-assisted creation.

Flexible Tools for Engineering Design

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro in engineering for designing systems and flows before development. I appreciate its flexibility, which allows us to design and adjust quickly. It's perfect for iterating and conceptualizing from the beginning. I like that there are lots of tools for different use cases, which makes it easy to find what I need for my work. The tools are not too opinionated, so they don't lock us into a specific way of doing things. Initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I have no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you're planning a big system/workflow it can feel daunting not knowing where to start. Better templates could help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to design systems and flows without being in person, making it easy to iterate and conceptualize. Its flexibility and variety of tools support different business systems without locking us into a specific method. Starting large projects can be daunting, though.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its flexibility, which helps with narrative design, task planning, sprint boards, flowcharts, and team brainstorming all in the same space. It organizes complex ideas visually without feeling overwhelmed. It's especially useful for multidisciplinary teams because everyone can quickly understand the big picture. Commands, boards, and templates make collaboration smooth, even when the team is fully remote. Miro lets me keep everything connected in a single visual space, allowing me to easily see dependencies and catch problems early. The initial setup was pretty easy for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's too expensive, just only that.

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Miro for collaborative workshops and working on trend and signal projects where I want to see everything clearly without it being buried in a document. It's great in a pinch when clients add remote attendees to a workshop. I like that Miro is easy to use and affordable. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more features that make remote collaboration in workshops a better experience - like the ability to connect to Spotify and play music during collaborative work.

Intuitive Whiteboard for Collaboration and Mind Mapping with Miro

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its intuitive, flexible whiteboard that makes collaboration easy for my colleagues The real-time editing, templates, and integrations allow ideas to move quickly from brainstorming to structured outcomes without friction. My favorite teplate is Mind Map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its harder to navigate on mobile phones. Pictures or text connected to my mind maps dont change position automaticly if I have auto layout for minf map itself. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can limit usability for our small team from NGO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration by providing a single shared space for brainstorming, planning, visual thinking and mind mapping. We also use it like a notepad for recording key notes from meetings and discussions. It enables my colleagues to work together in real time regardless of location, which improves decision-making and reduces the need for meetings.
